Fairfield Inn & Suites Van Canton Area - Hotel in Van - 3064 Interstate 20 W, USA

5 stars just isn't enough. Me and my dog were in a bad semi truck accident and these people went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even went as far as taking me to get my rental car when they had zero obligation to do so. A1 team. Room wad spotless breakfast was actually good as well and the location is very convient. Thank you to your management team and crew. You guys are simply the best. God bless.

We actually live in Van but had to stay here after our house flooded. Was it very pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was and how nice all the employees were. Highly recommend

Very nice hotel and room. Bed was great and place is clean. We stayed one night. They have breakfast too. It was a nice quiet night. Traveling from Georgia. The people were very friendly too. Van Tx is just off I 20 and easy to get to. I booked my room through Booking.com

My husband and I parked our truck at loves and stayed two nights. Our room was great, king sized bed and big bathroom. When we first arrived front desk informed us the water wasn’t working but luckily within an hour it was on and the shower was great. The bar is closed but there was breakfast from 7-11 am. Coffee was great and they had many choices (cereal, waffles, bagels). I wish there were better fast food options in this area, there’s options but nothing I wanted (Asian cuisine and Dunkin) otherwise we’d stay here again!

As nice as everything appear in the lobby I was impressed, I only stay at Marriott hotels and I felt let down once I got in my room. Mold on cieling in bathroom, hot water took 15 minutes, huge stain on the wall in the bed area, empty toilet paper roll, and no bags in my trash cans…

Great hotel. Staff was super nice. My friend couldn't find ear buds. Called hotel to have them look in room. The front desk person called back to let her know they checked but didn't find them. Super service to do follow up call. (BTW- found them in a bag we had).

I love staying at this hotel! For the price, you can't beat it. The staff is very polite and helpful if you need anything and pet-friendly. I was even given a discount on my pet deposit.

This hotel would have been great, but Susan’s home cooked breakfast every morning made it my favorite hotel ever!
