After traveling for 9 1/2 hours from Oregon, it was a truly welcoming experience to be able to rest at such a beautiful hotel. I’ve traveled to different places across the US and you truly never know what you’re going to get. Nothing can ruin a nights sleep like a broken AC unit, loud neighbors or questionable cleanliness in a hotel room. This Fairfield hotel was lovely and pristine and the beds and linens felt so comfortable, clean, and new. The building overall was very welcoming and even though we checked in very late, (at 11:30pm) the front desk staff member, Caleb, was very friendly and attentive. It was a wonderful experience, and we were able to rest comfortably for the next days journey. Plus, the breakfast hours were very reasonable and the food was good and still plentiful at 8:30am. I appreciated the late check out time, especially since we just drove through a time zone and felt rather sluggish getting up the next day. (Refreshed from a good nights rest but traveling is still very tiring.) The prices are also very reasonable. I appreciated all the care put into giving customers a good experience. It might just be for one night but it made a huge difference for us and contributed to the pleasant memories of our special road trip.
This is probably the best Fairfield Inn I have ever been to. They had welcoming staff who went out of their way to be accommodating for me and my kayaks. It is right down the street from the from the Canyon Rim Trail and a couple miles away from the Snake River Waterfront Park.
The breakfast was fresh, beds were comfortable, the shared courtyard with the Residence Inn was well manicured, and parking was ample. The Pool seemed to have a LOT of chlorine, but probably better than not having enough. Felt safe and had a Walgreens next door.
I’ll be back if I am in the area.
This was a nice hotel. It was fairly new. It shares an outdoor seating area with its brother property. Our suite was roomy and clean. The beds were comfortable. We also love the living room area with a comfortable sofa. Breakfast was decent. Definitely would recommend this place.
Clean facility with universally friendly staff. Room was quite adequate although amenities did not include shower cap. We felt that the neighborhood was safe, as well as the hotel. A burger restaurant is within walking distance. Starbucks is within a longer walk or very short drive.
Fairfield was great. There was abundant AC, room was clean, good water pressure, and a good free breakfast. Things I really care about the most. The fitness room was small but I didn’t use it cause it was just one night. They had 2 cardio machines and a dumbbell rack and bench. If you are solo in there it would be fine. Pool and hot tub were functional as well. I’d stay again!
The bed was comfortable, the showers good and hot and the rooms was clean. There is some street noise for those rooms facing US-93, but not enough to disrupt this light sleeper, though better to ask for a room on the other side of the building if there are any concerns. Lots of TV channels including HBO and Max. Breakfast is acceptable with waffles, scrambled eggs, hashed potatoes mixed with veggies, coffee, juices and milk. The gym consists of an elliptical, 2 treadmills with, frustratingly, no TV connection to pass the time, a bench and a rack of dumbbells. Overall a decent enough stay.
Susan Sanchez, at the front desk, made my stay at the Marriott Fairfield in Twin Falls very pleasant and more than made up for the bad experience I had at the previous Marriott I left from, the Marriott Courtyard Salt Lake City (shower did not work, waited over 2 hours for maintenance, internet did not work). I explained my dissatisfaction with the SLC Marriott, so while we arrived early and waited for our rooms, she made sure I could use the Guest Internet. She later called the room to make sure the shower and the room were good. The next day, while she was setting up the breakfast, she again asked me if everything was good and if there was anything I needed, What a great service provider to promote the Marriott brand! It is individuals like Susan who truly make me and other customers stay with the Marriott Hotels as Bonvoy Members. If there was a. Recognition Award i would certainly recognize Susan. I hope Marriott realizes what a gem they have and awards her with a raise or a promotion.
Very nice hotel with a great breakfast. My only disappointment was the bed. Mattress is extremely soft and not comfortable. It gets 1 out of five stars. Rhe rest of the room, 5 stars.

We ended up staying overnight because of weather conditions. The lady at the front desk was amazing and funny. She made the whole stay great. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the the breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.
Loved our stay here! The staff was very friendly, enthusiastic, and accommodating. We were traveling with our dog and it was good to be in a place that made him feel welcomed too. Love the âpet of the weekâ contest they have going right now too!
My family and I stayed here from Nov 11-12, 2023. We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is clean and hotel staff were quick to check us in! The 24 hour pool was so much fun for our two babies. It was relatively close to restaurants that we could walk to
Believe me when I say DON'T BUY A HOT TUB FROM ANYPLACE ELSE WITHOUT TALKING TO BRADY'S FIRST! Aaron educated us on the differences between brands and was not a pushy salesman. He was very patient with all of our questions and didn't even seem bother
