Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was average suiting to need. Best location near to Cracker Barrel restaurant. The most advantageous aspect for us (which we were looking to get it done outside) was the availability of in-house card operated laundromat (though decent minimal charges). I appreciate that the detergent sachets were given complimentary as per our needs. Overall comfortable stay except the check-in discrimination Few points to improve 1. Breakfast items refilling should be little fast. They were little slow and the reason was said that cooking going on. Staff should be attentive in those aspects 2. Check-in staff should be uniform with all guests (We arrived hotel at 1130am travelling long distance. We were told about standard check-in time policy. So we were just staying in lobby as we could not go out without refreshing ourself. We noted few guest families were getting room keys around 1230 to 1pm. Initially thought that they are doing some other stuff. For the third family guest, I stayed close to reception and noted that check-in formalities was being done without a single question. Then I asked why are alone made to wait. Though they said some reason which was not satisfiable response for us. Finally they allowed us check-in at 130pm. This could have been better handled uniformly to all guests. We felt slight discrimination. Anyway forgivable as we felt comfortable in all other aspects.

We travelled for a Space Center Launch and chose this Fairfield Inn due to good reviews. Very happy we did. It’s close to the Space Center , clean, updated and the beds were comfortable. |The breakfast was a good range of food we expect , bread & bagels, cereal, fruit , yogurt , and a waffle maker. ||We added a day to our trip before arriving , and due to my own booking , we stayed in two different rooms. One was with two queen beds. We moved the next day to a king suite. I can attest to how clean and comfortable this Fairfield was. | |We walked a few steps to Cracker Barrel the first night and drove across the street to Durango’s steakhouse the next night. After walking and touring all day, we were well rested. We will definitely return.

Honest review: When coming into the hotel, I was warmly welcomed by the staff (Betty). When I woke up and had their breakfast Barbara was amazing. It’s gonna be a huge loss when she finally retires. For a free breakfast, it was actually pretty decent. Coffee was definitely made by a coffee drinker, so ya know it has to be tasty. Rooms was good, clean, but a bit small. House keeping only come upon request. You are told this upon checking in so there is no surprise. Even though the hotel is close to the interstate, the hotel was quiet. Price was right for location. It’s close enough to everything, , but it’s about 20-40 minutes from everything. That was fine for me. I’d likely return here again if I’m ever in this location. If you like honest reviews, hit that like and or follow button. Have a great day.

Room was not anything out of this world but the suite layout was great for a family of four with two kids. TVs definitely need an update. Bed was very comfortable and the room got very cold which we loved. The main reason I’m writing this review is I wanted to highlight the service from the main desk which was spectacular. There was one man running the desk, his name was Keyshawn, and you could tell it was a rough time for him because the computers at the desk were down and he had to keep running back and forth from the front desk to another office that had a working computer. He made sure my family and I were taken care of. Then later on in the night we had an issue not related to the hotel that we needed help with and he was outstanding in making sure we got the help we needed. He was great, and one of the reasons we would definitely come back for our next visit to Kennedy Space Center.

We were in the area because my son attended KSC Space Camp. We stayed for 4 nights, and were placed in room #406. Entire hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. Outward appearances show an old building with faded painting, dirty walls and windows. The carpets are old and muggy and have an overwhelming smell the second you enter. Same awful smell in our room. In addition to the smell our room had other issues too: - a dead roach at the side of the bed. In addition the stopper for the shower was broken causing us to just put it aside in the ledge. - the toilet was quite old and seemed to struggle so much with flushing that we were constantly afraid it would overflow (even with just #1). - blood stains on the sheet - food in the floors as well as dried food on the chair by the desk. Service itself was okay, the lady at the breakfast was super friendly and helpful and they quickly brought up supplies when we asked for it. However, although pleasant, the guy that checked us in had uncombed hair, dirty black fingers nails and his pants falling down; which left a negative impression to the already negative impression when we first checked in. Stay away. Of all the years at staying at Marriott hotels this is my first review advising others to stay away. Incredibly disappointed.

We were driving through to the Keys late and looked for a convenient hotel to sleep a few hours. I didn’t expect much for the price, but I was blown away by the excellent customer service. Betty checked me in (middle of the night) and she gave me the absolute best service imaginable. The next morning, the complimentary breakfast crew acted and served as if they were a 5 star restaurant. Top notch!! The rooms were clean and comfortable. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Nice stay. Clean hotel. Could use minor updating, but was nice. Beds were comfortable, great pillow selection. Nice to have the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash fully stocked in the shower. Shower pressure was great. Front desk staff was wonderful. Breakfast included. Good selection of food and drinks. Convenient to freeway, restaurants, and stores.

The building and the service are very good. Everything is well maintained and kept clean despite the every 3-days room service schedule. The breakfast layout is unusually good. The location is definitely no-frills. It's very convenient to the interstate but has nothing that is walkable besides an adjoining Cracker Barrel.

A nice wine n beer bar with many selections and friendly staff and locals. Great stop off point to view rocket launches! Public parking nearby. The tapas are very good! The Titusville playhouse is only 2 blocks away and a short walking distance.
