Fairfield Inn & Suites Terrell - Hotel in Terrell - 351 Market Center Dr, USA

I rented the banquet hall to have my son’s high school graduation dinner celebration as well as reserved hotel rooms for family and friends coming from out of town. The rooms and event space were perfect for our needs. I also cannot tell you how wonderful the staff and management were. Any issue was quickly resolved. Ms. Julia made reserving and planning the event a breeze. She was so wonderful to work with and just a pure gem. Ms. Kim stepped in the morning of the event and calmed an overwhelmed mom whom she knew was just stressed out to make everything perfect. She also elevated the table setups! They were simple gorgeous. And night manager Alex was rockstar too, as he assisted the night of the party, ensuring all ran smoothly. I will definitely utilize their services again!

Stopped over for the night on road trip. Easy off the interstate. Seems a newer property. G-dunk in lobby had beer, maybe wine. Pretty good breakfast selections. Overall above average for Fairfield Inn. And you can pretty much drive through parking lot to Buc-ee’s

Stayed for 3 nights for my nephew’s graduation. Being a QAE/Trainer Manager, I see the room needs attention to details. 1. The beds skirts were hanging on one side and the other side was too high. 1. Did mot vacuum well. 3. Spots and stains on furniture I wiped it off with warm cloth. 4. 3 bath towels, 2 wash cloths n 2 hand towels for a 2 queen size bed rooms is not enough, should be a minimum of 4 full sets of towels, hand towels and wash cloths. All is good but the best part was the front desk clerk (Alexander) had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! He could use a raise and a promotion I would do it on the spot!!! Thank you Alexander keep up the great work you do!

Alexander The Great was a great team member. He greeted us with a wonderful smile and personality. I would recommend family members to this hotel based on his great customer service. We held my nephew's graduation celebration at this location.

Management is terrible!!!!! GO NEXT DOOR TO HILTON. I have multiple employees that use this location as well as Fairfield’s in other cities. Didn’t get the room I booked!! Why allow to book if your sold out?? Then denied a water and told “don’t give complimentary water” yet every other Fairfield does? When leaving, talked to the Manager Kimberly Shofner and she advised the same thing. When I went back in to get a card she ignored me!! BTW, a cleaning lady talked to me at the lobby desk and was very, very kind. The asked about my stay and acted concerned. The Manager came out and told me “we don’t do that” and went back to her office, couldn’t care about my concerns. I think you need to put your GM to cleaning rooms and have your people that care about the hotel run it. You lost over 12 nights per month with me and my team.

We booked a room over a month ago. We arrived with our two small children to check in. At check in the attendant tells us they cancelled our room due to a leak and they have the wrong info on file - but some how our info is right on our account… then tells us they have 1 room available but can’t book it because their card system is down. We are 4 hours from home and no hotel within 30 miles is available with two small children. The attendant was incapable of empathy, thinking outside the box, or offering any type of customer service. He was absolutely useless. He called his GM and Assistant GM but no answer. He instead of continuing to try and reach them or text them or leave them a VM he gave up. Imagine feeling desperate for the available room so your family can shower and have a safe space to sleep for the night knowing one room is available but the attendant can’t figure out a way to override the system to allow us to stay there. I am outraged by this hotel and this hotel chain.

This was a great place to stay the night! I live a distance from Dallas and was picking up my friend from Love Field. This was just the perfect location to run in and get her, and get back out of the city. I will definitely be stopping by again! (And there's a Buccee's on the next corner)

Love everything about this location. Right next to Buccees and other places to eat. We arrived earlier than room was suppose to ready. We wasn’t expecting it but they got it ready early anyway. It was unnecessary because it was our fault but they did it anyway and it is much appreciated.
