New hotel but bad staff. Upper management: why ruin a brand new hotel with poor staff?? The Front Desk is trying the least amount of effort possible. I asked for an extra towel and they told me to walk down to get it at the pool. The next day, the Cleaning Staff asked me for a tip as I walked back to my room. What is happening? This isn’t acceptable service for a brand new hotel. If I wanted this kind of service, I’d go to a motel 6. Free Breakfast was dry and no good. I wanted to like it, but will be spending my next stay elsewhere.
I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The pool area is like a little oasis, spacious, and very comfortable, giving the feeling of being at a resort. It wasn’t crowded at all during my stay. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, with a good selection of healthy choices. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It is well-maintained and modern (this is a new hotel). I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Great place, brand new. Super quiet, very comfortable beds, slept like a baby here. The pool area is stunning, like a resort. And the staff and housekeepers are friendly, and kind. This place is spotless. Breakfasts were great lots of variety and selection of fresh fruits and hot food. We stayed for 11 nights with absolutely no complaints. Would love to come back.
This is such a great hotel! They put so much thought into this hotel. The pool is amazing. It’s well sized with lovely lounge chairs and shade. They also have the restaurant staff come to serve you food and drinks, if that’s something you’re into. I had the Caesar salad and margarita flat bread. Both were delicious. The hotel staff is such a friendly bunch; they definitely made great choices in their hiring. ||The rooms were well sized. They also didn’t have paper thin walls so I never had to worry about noise. Love that most outlets have usb ports. The bathroom had a light in that outlet which was so nice to be able to see at night without turning on the lights. ||There is a water bottle refill station in the lobby which I thought was brilliant. The breakfast setup was on par for the Marriotts I’ve stayed at. Overall I loved this spot and will absolutely stay here again.
We recently stayed a couple nights here and it was very clean. The pool and Jacuzzi were the best part. Complimentary breakfast had lots of options to choose from. Staff are all friendly.
If I were to describe this place in one word it’d be beautiful! This place is brand new and so luxurious. I hope it stays this way and doesn’t lose its beauty in the years to come with all the wear and tear from future customers. Every bit of this place is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and kind. There’s only one review with one star about hand soap, well there was soap in my bathroom. I’m sure it went over the room cleaners head or probably didn’t have any on hand and meant to put some but just forgot.. I used to be a house cleaner and it’s easy to forget the small stuff. We wouldn’t rate a room a one star because of that but that’s just us. We'll come back again!
Brand new property built in 2024- clean and beautiful hotel with the most friendliest staff! Starting off at reception with James who was accommodating from check in to check out. We had an issue of having loud guests next to us and James was able to move us to another room without any issues. The complimentary breakfast was convenient and the variety of food everyday was impressive (thank you Chef Cathy!) Our favourite was the jalapeño and cheddar soufflé! And talk about that addicting bacon! We enjoyed the pool so much, it was such a pleasant place to sun bathe and watch the Arizona sunset. The pool area is equipped with clean towels, multiple lounge chairs and sun shades. There’s also a lounge/seating area cutout in the middle of the pool giving that resort style feel. Plenty of free parking and location is convenient with shops like Target across the street.
Did hot stay overnight at this hotel but I did use their pool and facilities via Resort Pass. This was our first time using Resport Pass and I was worried whether we'd be treated differently compared to "real" guests, but the staff was very polite and welcoming. We got a nice pair of loungers by the pool. The poolside service was amazing, and all the dishes we tried were excellent. The pool itself was very clean, and had plenty of room for several groups to enjoy it without getting in eachothers way. My only complaint is that there was no shade over the pool. Other than that, our experience was awesome and we'll definitely be back.
