5 Star review all the way!!!! The staff!!! Seriously, I've never felt more at home with friendly, thoughtful and attentive people running this place! They all deserve a raise... You don't want to lose them! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was wonderful and well laid out. The staff was not only friendly but thoughtful too. We stay at a lot of Marriott's and this one is now on the top of my list. I will come back.

The actual hotel rooms have lots of normal wear and tear to them but the staff are all wonderful. The cleaning staff are efficient, the breakfast attendants went out of there way to make to order Belgium waffles (the best that I’ve had at a breakfast included hotel), and the front desk staff are so cool you kind of want them as friends. The staff really make this place special. The walls however are very thin, you can hear everyone’s conversation in the hallway and in both rooms on either side.

Tucked right in the heart of the city, tucked back behind a small strip mall sits this hidden gem. I’m a local and actually live just a mile away. We don’t all have the luxury of our own pool so when the heat hits, and oh my is it hitting, my husband and I book a getaway here. From our first initial contact with Hope the manager to check in and special requests, all our needs were met. Each employee we ran into greeted us kindly and with a smile. The breakfast is a basic continental style with steamed eggs, bacon and sausage , different cereal and yogurts. As well as plenty of coffee, not only available downstairs but in our room. We also we happy to see the room was equipped with a microwave and mini fridge which is perfect when you don’t want to go to a restaurant for your meal or perfect for left overs if you do. We have stayed in a few of their rooms, but my favorite was the king room with whirlpool. The spa tub was amazing and easily fits two people. The walk in shower is also nice and the body care is all provided in pump bottles attached to the wall. There were plenty of clean towels in our room and pool side. OMG I love their pool. It’s the perfect temperature to walk right in and the hot tub is great for relaxing the night away. One of the perks of this hotel pool is that the hours are later than many other local hotels. My husband and I decided that we would come monthly for a date night away from or pets and home. We’ve been a few time now and I find myself enjoying my stay more and more each time. Big shout out to Hope for making our staycations each great.

We arrived at the hotel very late. As we checked in. I was not greeted as a Marriott rewards member. I even asked if the agent saw my member number. As we went up to our room the hotel looked a little run down and had dirty carpets. When we got to our room the door was cracked open. As we turned the lights on the hallway light was dim and looked like it was not working properly. The nightstand light was out. It doesn’t seem like they check the rooms upon last check out. It’s as about 1 am so I didn’t bother to call. I did call the next day and instead of sympathizing with me. I was asked did I call last night? I felt bad to call at 1am and was thinking there might not be a maintenance person to call anyways. I had requested to bring up a light bulbs so I can change it. I waited long and had to call back again to asked for it. The breakfast was not like any Fairfield Inn I been at. Not that much selections. The toaster was broken. I’m just very disappointed with this hotel. It seems like a ghetto run down Motel 6 probably worse.

This hotel is hidden behind a few buildings and google maps does not accurately bring you to their location. I had to call to ask them where they were located. Rooms were small and they have not been updated in a while. Shower curtain would not stay closed and needs to be replaced. Breakfast was hot and service was good. They had hot cookies only 1 night of our 3 night stay. So expensive yet so standard. Don’t think I would return.

I've stayed here 6 times in last 8 months - and the team has been wonderful. The rooms are great, task lighting, desk and always clean. The front desk know me and what I need regarding room, check in, etc. They are always so personable and lovely. Can't say enough about this location and the wonderful front desk team who always make me feel welcomed and my business appreciated.

Not the best rooms but great service. The beds had clean white linens, the refrigerator and freezer were a bit larger than most hotels. TV needs to be higher, perhaps more modern. Lamp choices could be better. It was so nice to have friendly staff throughout hotel.... Rarity now days!

Garbage hotel and garbage service… idiots went into my room and took all my stuff out 2 hours before my check out time while i had a meeting to attend. I come back room completely empty and i go to the front desk they try forcing me to show my ID to return MY STUFF they basically went in the room and stole. Incredible… StayBridge down the street 10x better service. Better breakfast to.
