We booked our room two months in advance for two Queen beds. We were part of several families in town for a soccer tournament. When we arrived at this hotel we checked in only to find out our rooms were not what we reserved, there was only one bed. Of course the front desk never disclosed this until after they had our credit card. This happened to our entire group.
It gets worse. Instead of trying to make it right, the GM Ricardo tried repeatedly to blame it on the soccer tournament. Then he informed us we would still be charged for 3 nights. Then he backed off that and is now trying to charge us for one night even though we all left and never stayed there. Terrible terrible customer service and frankly a scam. We’re all disputing the charges and going to see if Marriott corporate can do better. Side note, the parking lot is pitch black and completely unsafe.
The hotel and area was okay.
Nicole was very nice and tried to assist. Right next to a Bob Evans and a Very BRIGHTLY LIT OTHER HOTEL. This parking lot was lacking in both lights and security. Locked everything. Especially the room.
Was told poolside view, barely! Could see the corner of it, which was small. Did not visit.
We were stuck near the end of a hall near stairwell and parking lot... Where someone was setting fireworks off from the development right next door! No sleep.
There is a decent gym downstairs.
Breakfast was good and lady there was very pleasant, she kept asking if we (the guests) were all good, was the food good, did we need anything. Very accommodating. Makes up for the lack of towels (corrected after the fact.)
The parking lot was dark and did not feel safe. Room was nothing special, the bathroom was small and so was the shower. The kicker for me was getting up at 3 am to use the bathroom and seeing a huge cockroach in the bathroom. The staff would not allow us to sit downstairs and made us go to our rooms at 11 pm on Friday and at 10:40 pm Saturday night. There was no one tending to the breakfast items on Saturday or Sunday morning and there was a bus full of basketball players who stayed there Friday night and ate everything, we literally had nothing to eat. We told the people at the front desk and were ignored. The staff, esp the female who was there, was not friendly at all. When leaving I said, I hope you have a nice day and only then did she respond to me. The coffee was cold on Sunday morning, however, when I told the desk, there was a guy talking to the staff who came and traded it out. Overall, We will 100% never stay at this hotel again. I just want anyone reading this to know if you can, stay some place else. This place was not Worth it. A 3.9 is wayyyy too high of a rating for this place.
Great experience, i stayed here for 27 days for work. Everytime I had an issue for example the TV not working the young lady would assist me asap. When i arrived i got there a bit early and the very nice lady Ms. Rita helped me get into my room like an hour early. All of the ladies that work the front reception are very nice. I appreciate you all. Customer service is #1 for them. Thanks again for the pleasant stay ❤️ The ladies who cleaned my room, they did it every single day so occasionally i would leave a tip with a note attached and they would respond with grace.
I came here with my friends for a birthday weekend and we had a great time. Everyone was super sweet and helpful. Rita and Leon at the front desk were especially amazing!!! 10 star service! Shavone was also super cool! Would definitely stay again!
This place is a joke, when first arrived they lost our reservation. Had to stand around for an hour. Finally got into our room, the TV doesn’t work. Reported to the staff and they never did make it right for four days. The AC didn’t work properly and made the room very damp. Not once replenished the coffee packets and one day didn’t even bother cleaning the room. It was very evident they could care less about you or the condition of the rooms. Very poorly managed. I feel they owe me money back for a room with a broken tv.
The staff were incredibly accommodating, and Leon at the Front Desk was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, providing top-notch customer service and making our stay truly memorable. Thank you, Leon, for making our visit so special!
Zero stars if I could rate it that! We stayed at the hotel to attend a softball camp with our 14u team and it was an awful experience. This hotel is not safe so beware!!! Hotel next door has homeless people that hang out in the parking lot and the kids throw rocks over the fence while you are in the pool. Marriott is aware of these behaviors and does nothing to fix the issue. My daughter was severely injured and the manager said “it wasn’t his problem”. Marriott needs to do better. This is unacceptable!!!!

This place was great. Stayed for four days for a work trip. Room was clean, service was great. The front staff was polite and courteous. The breakfast was decent as well. I'd be more than happy to stay there again.
This place pleasantly surprised me! This is a causal Vietnamese restaurant with beautiful plants decorated around the restaurant. The service here is absolutely great! They got our food out quick and even gave a smile to our faces!

What a fun place to eat at! Here, you can try Russian cuisine in a cozy place. The entire place was clean, and the decorations fit harmoniously with each other. Our waitress was a little inattentive, but they took care of our needs and gave a honey c
I lived in Germany, and there was a kebab shop on almost every block. Sometimes, there were even three kebab shops on one street. Since I came back from Germany in 2006, I have not been able to find an authentic kebab until now. I'm so happy that Bab
Amazing service and delicious food. Yummy from appetizer to dessert, and please save room for dessert. The coconut flan and the pastry were so SO good. Our sweet waitress was so good (and her mom made the flan). I may need to move to Tampa.
The food is so delicious and the owner is super nice. Sadly I am not sure if they are still open I called a few times because we live far away so I usually call before I go up to make sure they are opened and we have gotten no answer. I am really sad
