Fairfield Inn & Suites St. Petersburg Clearwater - Hotel in Clearwater - 3211 Executive Dr, USA

I took an early flight which got me to the hotel hours before normal check in time. The reception was more than happy to check me in early and even gave me a bag of goodies welcoming me to the hotel. The head of housekeeping personally introduced herself to me and made it known that her staff was at my disposal. For a “3 star” hotel, I have been treated better and have better amenities than most 5 star places I have been. So far, a wonderful stay.

I have recently been relocating to Florida, I stayed with this hotel a few days ago from the moment I walked in the staff was amazing to the guy who checked me in to the housekeeping staff when I needed something! But Jeffrey by far was the best part of our stay! He went above and beyond to provide the best service possibly during our stay from his good morning to all of his support when I locked my keys in my car! I know he was just doing his job but it truly made a difference during the stressful situation! So I thank him as well as his manager on duty for the help and support and all of the staff for being amazing during our stay! We will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone we know! And will be returning when the time calls… thank you all so much for making our stay the best!

The rooms are what you'd expect for the price. They aren't overly fancy, and the TV could be bigger, but my room was clean and was a good size for the money. The staff is great, especially Denise who worked nights. She's extremely friendly and eager to help. Would stay again.

I would really like to thank Ms Denise! She was extremely helpful with getting my baby and I situated in our room after being on the road for 7hrs. The room is nice it's just 1 of the beds were sunken in in a couple places . Surprisingly with no hesitation Ms Denise immediately took action. She was also very comforting in my mood of distress when I was stuck on the elevator for about 20 min. So thank you Ms. Denise, you don't find good customer service like that often.

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights during the 4th of July. Rooms were very clean and memorably quiet. Staff was always thorough, efficient and polite. I'm not from the area but surprisingly to me regardless of the plus 100 degree days, A/C was never a problem.

I arrived at the hotel at 2:30am after a long day of travel. It's the time I said I'd arrive when I checked in using the Bonvoy app. The driver pulled up to the front door, we unloaded my luggage, and he left. I had visions of a quick and easy front desk process. The front door of the hotel was locked. I couldn't see anyone inside. A sign next to the door said to ring a buzzer if the door is locked. There is no buzzer. The sign didn't give a number to call. The sign is worthless. I knocked on the door loudly. It opened moments later. As I approached the front desk, the agent greeted me by saying "You didn't have to bang on the door. I could see you the entire time." I wonder why she didn't open the door if she could see a guest standing there trying to figure out how to get in. That's how one of the poorest and most unappreciative check-in processes I can remember started. At one point, it looked like the agent started working on something else: Me: About how much longer? Agent: I'm waiting for you. You know what to do. Me: I don't. Agent: <insert unappreciated mini lecture> Run your credit card. Me (forgetting how worthless the Bonvoy app is for check-in): It's the card on file that I already used to check-in. Agent: <insert more unwelcome comments> Me (while running my credit card): The Bonvoy app sucks. That's when the agent refused to complete the check-in process and asked me to leave - a first for me. Because I think the Bonvoy app is worthless for check-in. And that's somehow rude of me and personal to her. So I needed to leave. At 2:45am. I had another full day starting in just a few hours and had no easy alternatives, so I groveled and managed to convince the agent to finish checking me in. It was an unnecessarily horrible and unappreciative check-in process that no one ever wants to experience. Ever. I'm staying at a Hilton property later this week. After 30 years of loyalty, you're the reason why it's not another Marriott property.

A comfortable stay in a good location relative to the spots we wanted to check out (Siesta Key and Clearwater). The complimentary breakfast buffet and self parking were excellent. Loved the microwave and mini fridge in the room as well! I would stay here again

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The Staff was extremely rude yelling at me and refused help me to check me out of my room. There was no one else in the lobby but me. Room’s dirty. People like this should not work in hospitality if they’re not willing to help guests. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. It cheap for a reason.
