Hotel rooms were clean as well as the rest of the facility. Rooms are dated and small compared to other places for a similar cost. Staff is amazing and friendly and the location is a bit away from many of the local attractions. Easy highway access.

The staff was great as always. The room was clean and well maintained. And the location and parting are great. The breakfast was mediocre. Had breakfast been a little better I would have bumped the stay up to excellent. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 10 years and the price has almost tripled while the breakfast has declined a bit. Other name brand hotels in the area seem a little more competitive in prices but we have had good experiences here, so we haven't tried any place different.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Sevierville, so traffic was not an issue. The hit breakfast bar was well stocked and the food was delicious. The dining area was very clean. Staff were friendly and professional. This was a great experience. We'll definitely stay here again.

As a Texan, I appreciate their proximity to a Buccee's. Kidding! :-) This hotel was absolutely fantastic. This is a little tourist trap area, and I was here to stay the night after a long road trip. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I absolutely appreciated the whole staff being so friendly and accommodating, and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stopped here for a night so that I could check out Buc-ee's in the morning. Usually on my way to Gatlinburg, I hit a Fairfield along the way, in Tennessee. Check-in was easy and my request was acknowledged at check-in and granted. Pillows were fluffy and the room was clean.||Breakfast was fresh, attendant kept hot foods replenished and counters clean.

This hotel is in a very convenient location off of the freeway. The rooms were extremely clean and the hot breakfast was plentiful with good options. The only downside is that the pool is extremely small. The best part of the stay was the young woman at the counter checking us who reminded me of a young Dolly Parton. The accent, the ma'am's, and hons, and everything. It was super busy and she was dealing with a disgruntled customer who wanted to personally go in and check the rooms before checking in. Afterward, she laughed and said "honey, it has been a day! But as my granny said...smooth waters don't make good sailors". It was worth staying there just to watch her interact with the customers.

Nice Property, Great Desk Clerk, SAFE area, and my room was Very Clean. Breakfast was good with Great Coffee. Bed was good, towels were a bit thin, not that fluffy. 8.5/10 for a highway stop hotel, would recommend. A HUGE Bucee’s is on the other side of the highway.

I stayed at this one and Knoxville Clinton and would highly recommend this location over the other. This location was cleaner, way better breakfast, friendly staff that was helpful and generous (welcome bag on entry for being a rewards member), indoor pool that was clean, and clean rooms.
