We were greeted with a warm and friendly smile by Savannah who upgraded us to a King Suite when she learned it was our anniversary weekend. We were on the 4 the floor with a beautiful view of the lake. It was very quiet and room 418 was across the hall from the ice machine and just a few doors down from the elevators making it very convenient. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower and the towels were thirsty and generous in size. |The breakfast hostess was excellent! She always kept the items replenished and all the tables were cleaned as soon as guests left. Nice variety of items to choose from. There is a beautiful and large deck off the back of the dining area with tables and beautiful views of the lake with trees in full leaf.|Parking was ample and convenient. We felt safe and secure. Would stay there again. The property is close to restaurants and shopping.

Very nice hotel with a wonderful lake view (if your room is facing the back). When I arrived, I was first a bit disappointed that they didn't have any available king rooms as I reserved, but they upgraded me to the last remaining suite with a wonderful view. I am still a bit concerned why they don't have sufficient number of rooms according to the reservation. My stay was wonderful. The breakfast was mostly standard for Fairfields but the second morning there was a bowl with great fresh strawberries. I didn't regret staying herr, even though it was slightly away from my detination, Clemson U.

We stayed here to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. The room was super with a view of the lake. The breakfast was really good. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if your in the Clemson area.

Stayed here a couple of days the 1st week of July. I'll be staying here frequently for business now. New hotel that's very nice and clean. Staff is friendly. The gym is quite nice for a hotel in this area. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Looking forward to the next couple of months.

This is a new hotel and overall very ice. Staff makes a difference. Coffee is hit or miss in the mornings. I asked for the TV to be fixed in my room which they never did fix. When checking out the breakfast person had to go behind the desk and get the clerk. The lighting in the room was horrible, only had a desk light, other lights don't work. I do a lot of computer work and this is the reason i went to another hotel. if you're staying overnight it's fine, extended stays certainly show the defects in the staff.ill go somewhere else next time.

I absolutely love this hotel! Every time I come to Seneca, I stay here. The hotel is immaculate, conveniently located, and the staff is friendly. The beds are so comfortable, and the feather pillows are just right. The room has a coffee station and mini-fridge. The bathroom is spotless with a roomy walk-in shower and hair dryer. There is laundry on-site, which is important when traveling. No complaints at all! I love staying here!

Stayed Friday night through Tuesday morning with no room service, not even to leave fresh towels or empty garbage. It was a holiday weekend, so I think our room was inadvertently missed. But the front desk did provide towels when we asked. Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was good. Refrigerator barely cooled food. Bed was comfortable. Despite some misses, we would try again.

ADA room.... shower head missing parts so water sprays from head and handle..... no body wash in the mounted dispenser....shub instead of the walk in shower I had the previous stay..... not a great stay this time.... did I mention that I didn't need any ADA room...beds were barely off the floor.... queen instead of king.... I could go on but I will end here
