5 min drive to the waterfront in Poulsbo. Customer service from front desk and breakfast were great for the most part. Ashley was great in helping recommend some dinner ideas for our family. House keeping was hit or miss. They skipped our room even though the do not disturb wasn’t on the door. I think it was an overlook. Breakfast is your average Fairfield inn- waffles, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit. They had a daily hot item.
New-ish 2 star hotel near to Poulsbo but requires a short drive to downtown (is not walkable). Some rooms have a view of Mt. Rainer, weather permitting. Staff are friendly, but being a Fairfield offer limited services. Rooms are spacious and clean. We could not hear my neighbors during my stay. Free ample parking and basic breakfast included.
We ended up staying here unexpectedly. We were on our way to Port Angeles and discovered the Hood Canal bridge was closed. It was already pretty late at night and we were distressed about what to do (as our ETA had jumped from 1 hour to 3 hours). A quick search showed this hotel was minutes away and had rooms available. I'm glad we ended up staying because it was a great experience! Both women I interacted with at reception were great, both super friendly. The room was conveniently located and comfortable and the continental breakfast was awesome! I was genuinely impressed with the spread; my partner and I split a waffle and a tasty breakfast sandwich. Considering I booked the room seconds before I walked in the door, the price was reasonable. All in all, great experience born out of a stressful situation.
This is our third stay at this hotel and our experiences have been consistently good. This is a fairly new hotel (3 years, I think) and it is nice and clean. The service and friendliness of the staff is top notch. The free breakfast is pretty good with a selection of things. Coffee and hot water 24 hours a day.||We really like this location. It is surrounded by mainly trees and open space on top of a hill. Very close to downtown Poulsbo and Silverdale. There is a Walmart, Starbucks, and many other quick service food options within a 5 minute drive.
Thank you for hosting our family and friends during a celebratory wedding weekend! Every person at the hotel was very nice and accommodating. We appreciated the breakfast spread, the beds were very comfy, and we loved the showers! Especially the drum solo at the end 😊 The room was incredibly clean. We were grateful to have our block of rooms together so we weren’t spread out. We enjoyed our stay!
We just left this hotel after two nights. What a gem! Fairfield Inn is my new favorite affordable hotel. We were warmly greeted by Paige Vargo at the front desk. She was super helpful, friendly and efficient. She gave us a great room with a view of Mount Rainer, I had some specific asks and she accommodated everything with a smile. The hotel is spotless, nicely appointed, with a gym and an indoor pool. A nice buffet breakfast is out every morning, with some variety. Scrambled eggs. Bacon or sausage. A breakfast sandwich. Oatmeal. Cereals. And two waffle stations. Coffee and tea, yogurt, fresh fruit. The breakfast room is open and bright. When we left today Paige was on duty again and she remembered we were there for a wedding. Asked how it was. We really feel like we were well taken care of. Other staff we met were also friendly - the man who delivered extra pillows said he heard we needed more ammunition for a pillow fight. I felt like they would all help if we had any problems, like they would all be there to help. We’re fussy people and we have no complaints. Thanks Paige and staff. I hope we can come back here some day.
Our stay in Poulsbo was fantastic. The view overlooking Mt Rainer was beautiful, and the hotel was stylish and modern with excellent service. The location was convenient, though the water pressure was mediocre. Breakfast was a bit chaotic but tasty.
The hotel itself was immaculate and the grounds were well manicured. The location is perfect for walking to the stores in College Marketplace and a short commute to downtown Poulsbo. The staff are always welcoming and shoutout to Paige for her warm welcome to Poulsbo. My family and I had just moved here not knowing anything about the area, and she gave us some great things to do. Thank you for making our stay a great one!
