Pretty good service here. The rooms were a bit small but very quiet and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was included and was very decent including gluten free options which I very much appreciate. I would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future. Thanks!

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, hands down. The location is great, close to so many restaurants, and only a block away from the ferry terminal. Free hot breakfast every morning, Free coffee all day, lots of diabetic-friendly options too! The folks behind the counter were eager to help answer any questions, and even offered to dispose of my used sharps (again, diabetic-friendly) when I asked where was the closest place to dispose of mine before my flight back home.

Positive: Quite clean, smelled good, bed was comfortable, noise level was low, had a decent view. Parking garage is a must for this area. Negative: Television was a bit small. Hotel is on a narrow, hard to find, one way street which can't be helped at this point, it was just confusing to get to even with google maps. Elevators making some spooky noises going up.

Small room for what you pay for. Breakfast was not great. Sucks to have to pay for parking. Bathroom toilet, floor and mirror could use a better cleaning. Good hot shower. Bed was comfy. Friendly staff. Close to ferry!

I stay here every time I'm in the area and will continue to do so. It's very clean, comfortable, has friendly staff, a clean pool and a great free breakfast selection. There are a bunch of gluten free and other allergy accommodations made in separately sealed products free of cross contact. That alone is a reason to stay. The main con is the wifi speeds are very slow and really frustrating if you need to work. The manager was kind and tried to help me find the fastest wifi spot in the building but even there it was painfully slow.

I should have adhered to the bad reviews. Upon entering the building the front desk workers ask loud and proud...WHY ARE YOU HERE and I NEED YOUR CREDIT CARD! |1. Walls are less than paper thin.|2. Cleaning staff clean every 3rd day and you have to beg for towels.|3. They charge $10 daily to park in a garage full of homeless people.|4. If you are a day late due to planes being late they secretly charge you 132.00 and never tell you. |5. The prices they list are before tax and there are many.|6. The front desk is left unattended frequently and you have to bang on the door. They come out looking like they were in a deep sleep.|7. No security at all.|8. The rooms smell, so bring your own cleaning supplies.|9. Breakfast is just nasty. Eggs runny, bacon dipped in extra grease, and not much else.|10. This place is like a motel 6 with Marriott Dubai prices. |11. One washer works in the entire building.|Do yourself a favor and get a Airbnb, kitchen, quiet and much cheaper and safer than this place. |I have friends headed that way and I made sure they didn't stay here. |Please bring headphones for the very thin walls.......NEVER AGAIN

Perfect place for Vocation and family. Great Front Desk, especially Nathan Mills and Destinee Bertelsen. I came here with my wife to spend a few days for our honeymoon around the city. The front desk helped us a lot they told us everything about the hotel and the activities around the hotel. Also, we left in the morning when we back we saw greetings flowers on table for our weddin, and we love it. The room was clean and quiet, and it came with a big bathtub. Also, the breakfast was good. If we have a chance back to this city, I will book again here. Thank you so much for hospitality

Absolutely the best experience. They were so friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 night stay because a pipe burst in our bathroom at home. It was such a relaxing solution to a stressful situation. Having breakfast and coffee every morning was a huge bonus. The facility is very clean and comforting. The location could not be any better right in the middle of our beautiful downtown. We were able to walk to a movie and dinner and grab some essentials at the new mercantile store. Highly recommend!
