1) Pool closed down by the Department of Public Health on third day of our 9-day stay, for “failure to comply with code requirements”. See pictures. 2) Front desk staff has ranged from super friendly, to just plain passive-aggressive nasty. 3) Staff was not able to explain multiple-day charges from Fairfield on my credit card totaling over $600. Best explanation is a “guess” that it’s due to an AI algorithm for incidentals, however, no incidentals were charged. They did comp a few days of parking, anyway for the inconvenience (kudos to them).
This place has lots of potential, being in an easily accessible, quiet area, with very friendly cleaning staff.
Update: housekeeping came in to make the bed and empty trash on the last night of our stay. I went to take a shower before heading out early to the airport and found the shower supplies (shampoo & body wash bottles) totally empty-not refilled. Truthfully, I don’t need my bed tucked in nicely, but soap and shampoo refills really are my basic expectations. Bathroom light fixture not working, bulb flashing on and off constantly.
I wanted to like this place, but simply can’t and won’t return. Overall, it’s a sad state of mismanagement…not worth the price for the minimum effort being put into the property and the customers. FYI: Gym is very spartan, but is ok if you’ve got a creative mind.
A whole bed was dirty with massive stains (5 inches long) and smelt putrid. Overpriced fridge items when you are already paying 200$ a day. Floor has sticky spots and obviously dirty overall. A towel was on the floor next to the toilet and garbage bin when we arrived.
Pancakes are also randomly rock hard, 1/3 of my whole food was rock hard.
The tea, cookies, chocolate milk, and bathroom are all good though.
Hotel charged 30$ more than advertised which would not be paid if advertised the extra 30.
I also hear everything from other rooms, doors, toilets, sinks, footsteps, etc
Hotel is WAAAAAY below expectations.
A good hotel that matched my expectations. Relatively close to the convention center but quite far from Bellevue Square if you walk. The breakfast food is fine, nothing unique about it compared to other chain hotels. Clean and spacious rooms. Overall, a good hotel if you can get it for cheap.
This is one of the best places I've stayed in the Pacific Northwest. The location is great, trees everywhere yet very accessible. The rooms and shared areas are immaculate, the breakfast was varied and very good ( they even had good decaf and oat milk!). The service was second to none, very helpful and hospitable, and patient with a large group ( they were mindful of the other guests and polite and respectful with the group). This is my new go-to place to stay in Bellevue!
No Internet access all week long. You would think that in this location internet access would be a no-brainer. Myself and my colleagues all had tremendous difficulty all week long. Zero access most of the time. ||In most other ways it was pretty good but zero connectivity is a deal breaker.
Barry at the front desk was really helpful! I had an issue, and he quickly and calmly solved my problem. The room and hotel were clean and spacious.
Positive: Every staff person we encountered was friendly, polite, and took care of any of our requests. The continental breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and had many options. The dining area was clean and comfortable. The location was magnificent. Negative: The carpets in the hallways, elevators, and rooms were visibly dirty and I never heard or saw anyone vacuuming throughout our 4-day stay. The hotel can definitely use the $13.41 (with sales tax) parking fees they charge for a good all-over carpet clean. Negative: ""
The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and helped us instantly move rooms because of a leakage in the bathroom. They made the transition smooth. The hotel is near almost all restaurants in Bellevue.

I have been in this studio for more than a year. In this past year, I not only developed the habit of exercising but also started meditating. Importantly, I turned the impossible into possible by doing headstands. The classes here are very flexible;
