We had a great stay. The front desk receptionist Jasmine was excellent. Friendly and professional at both checking in and checking out. She even gave us a go Boise State when we told her we were going to the game. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. My husband enjoyed the breakfast.

Convenient to the airport, about 3 minutes away.Nice breakfast with a few options. Upgraded to a nice king suite. Very good staff, very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if using the Savannah airport. Definitely up to the Marriott brand.

The staff was warm and inviting. The young man running the breakfast should be entered into a manger-training program. He is a great brand ambassador and this provides him with a path to bigger responsibilities. The hotel was nice, safe and quiet.

Overall, as expected from a Fairfield Inn property. Prompt, friendly front-desk service and decent room! Would stay here again. If traveling to the airport, be sure to schedule the shuttle! Great value and time saver for travelers! |I've stayed over 500 nights in Marriott properties and this Fairfield Inn is in decent condition for those that want value and airport access. There are other Marriott properties in the area (Towne Place Suites, Springhill, etc.) but for a quick spot to sleep for a night, it was as expected!

After checking in and walking through this hotel, we couldn’t believe it was over $100. It’s really not that nice. We got to our rooms and settled in. We are traveling with our father who has cancer and a newborn baby. I am currently pregnant. When we get to the bathroom and look up, there’s mold all over the bathroom ceiling. In all 4 rooms. My father-in-law‘s room had freshly painted ceiling however there was mold on the walls. I went to the front desk and let her know and she seemed annoyed with us. I asked if they knew about it and how dangerous it is for their guests to be sleeping in a room with black mold. I let them know how vulnerable people in our party were. She said it was the housekeepers job to take care of the mold. I asked who the manager was and she said it was her. I explained that it’s her job to know if there’s black mold and have it taken care of. Then she kept raising her voice and talking over me and saying she wasn’t going to “argue”. She could either move us rooms or refund us and we stay somewhere else. I checked into the hotel next-door, which was way better at a cheaper price. When I came back to get my refund, she spoke over me again when I asked for proof of my refund. She was very unprofessional and this hotel was disgusting. Not only have I not experienced such an unprofessional manager. I have never stayed at a hotel with this much visible mold. I believe they know about this mold problem here because she was immediately annoyed as soon as I complained about it, visibly annoyed.

Hotel is clean and the room was great. The staff were amazing. Jasmine was always helpful and friendly and Scarlet so nice. We have been staying at this hotel for a day or two every year, it’s great when the staff have who have been working there for a few years greet you saying “nice to see you again”.

First, the staff were incredibly friendly and as accommodating as they can be - this was the only real plus of the stay. The room was just meh, somehow I ended up with a handicap room (not requested), which left me with very little bathroom counter and an odd layout. Room was a little musty odor. Breakfast options are very limited. Housekeeping is every other day BUT they don't give you enough to get through 2 days: not enough towels/face clothes and 1 coffee for 2 days??? Pro-tip: provide more than enough for 3 days! Location was good with lots of food options nearby, even within walking distance. Room A/C struggled and the room wasn't quite cool enough for me, with little output from the fan.

Positive: Staff and location were the best. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us great advice on things to do in the area and how to use the shuttle. We would visit this motel again. Negative: ""
