Excellent staff who appear to be happy to be there, wonderful breakfast, rooms nicely designed and maintained, safe and quiet area, convenient access to restaurants and the large casino. Contrary to what you may expect of a Fairfield, this is not a slam bam type of motel that you are anxious to leave in the morning! The lobby is truly relaxing and spacious, with a pleasant atmosphere. I really can't find anything to complain about. This is my second stay and have already booked the third later in the year. Congratulations and kudos to this hotel which is obviously managed by people who really care about what level of service and atmosphere they provide to guests.

I didn’t expect to write a review of the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Rohnert Park just 10 months after writing my first one, but the passing of a family member brought us back to the area. The last time I mentioned the friendly personnel at the registration desk, the many healthy breakfast options and the well-equipped gym, and all of those elements are still there. What I didn’t need until this trip was a washer and dryer, and I was delighted to learn this time that they’re available - and free!! - at this hotel. The management of this hotel obviously has high standards for staffing, cleanliness and customer service, which makes this a great option if you’re in the Santa Rosa area.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. Linda at the front desk was so personable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for all sorts of eaters. We slept like babies. What a treat! I would stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel was very convenient to everything one could want in the area. Everything was 5-10 minutes away - casino, stores, restaurants and freeways. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. We had an accessible room opposite the elevator bank and even with it being so close to the elevators, the room was quiet. The beds were comfortable and the little sitting/ tv area was a great spot to relax. I’d definitely recommend staying here while in the area.

I booked a three day stay here and travelled primarily with public transportation which the hotel is conveniently placed for! The surrounding area felt safe even late at night for a group of three girls. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly, they were able to charge a portable charger for us when we didn’t have the right charger and made us feel as ease. The gym is clean and placed privately which I’m grateful for.

We visit Santa Rosa to babysit our grandson and choose to stay here at least 3 to 4 times per month . This particular hotel is not the closest hotel in location to our daughter and son in laws’ home but it is absolutely the best. It is spotlessly clean. The beds are fabulous and the breakfast is great. Most importantly, the staff at the front desk are wonderful. Linda is usually there in the evening when we check in and she is personable, friendly and always helpful.

My family and I had an amazing stay here. ||The staff, specifically Hailey and Linda were absolutely lovely and met our every need. Any time we needed extra assistance they went above and beyond their job duties to get it done!||The hotel has a complimentary continental breakfast every morning, great fitness facility and an adequately sized pool.||The hotel is in a prime location by the wine country as well as Santa Rosa and the Russian River. We greatly enjoyed everything the surrounding area had to offer. ||We look forward to coming back!

We had a great stay here. The location is awesome, it’s priced well, and we loved the free EV charging. They also have complimentary breakfast with so many options it was very nice. We would 100% stay here again.
