Wonderful experience! Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing!! Really enjoyed the ham, egg, and cheese croissants! We'll be staying here again when we're in the area!

This was a great hotel! The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really good! My kids loved the waffles and I liked the eggs and biscuits and sausage gravy! This is a Very nice place to stay.

What a great stay! The rooms are big with bedroom and separate living room area. The desk staff is very friendly, welcome us everytime we walk in and have cookies each night. The breakfast is more than I was excepting for a Fairfield Inn, buffet each morning. They also had Manager reception Monday - Wednesday which included, beer, wine and snacks. Best Fairfield Inn stay we ever had.

The staff were incredibly friendly. We were treated excellently. Breakfast food was fresh and the buffet was well stocked. There was a mangers reception in the evening which was a nice touch and included a nice selection of beer and snacks including warm fresh cookies. When we checked in we received a nice snack bucket for the eclipse which was a thoughtful addition. The rooms are a little dates and needing some maintenance but overall our experience was very positive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Russellville, Arkansas, and I wanted to take a moment to commend Andrew, the general manager, for his exceptional service. **Friendly and Professional** Andrew was incredibly welcoming and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. **Attentive to Guest Needs** Andrew ensured that a TV issue was addressed immediately. This small gesture really made a big difference in my experience and highlighted Andrew's commitment to guest satisfaction. **Exceptional Management** Andrew's leadership is clearly evident in the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. It's easy to see that Andrew sets a high standard for excellence. **Highly Recommend** Overall, my stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Russellville was excellent, and a large part of that is thanks to Andrew's outstanding management. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Newly renovated; staff very nice & friendly! We enjoyed a managers happy hour in the lobby after a long day of travel; everything was clean & room was a nice size ; bed very comfortable; breakfast was average, but nice coffee station ; location is close to restaurants & property was quiet . We had a lovely stay !

Unfortunately we won't be back. The rooms are very dated. The staff isn't the best. We rented two rooms, one regular 1 bedroom suite & 1 wheelchair accessible king room with pull out. The first one was fine, but the room that was supposed to be wheelchair accessible only had a king bed, no pull out, nor could we get my wheelchair in it. Switch to another room, and I couldn't get in the room at all. Finally, I asked for another one bedroom, paid an extra 158 for it. It reeked of mildew & had visible water damage. When I pulled the hide a bed out the sheets were dirty! Went down front, the lady acted like it was my fault they were dirty. No sorry, nothing. Then my mom requested her room be cleaned, they didn't. We weren't informed the pool was closed. It was a whole mess. I don't recommend. They were supposed to comp my night with points, that's still not happened. Chalking it up to being my loss & lesson learned. The breakfast is really good though.

Friendly staff and clean rooms with a comfortable bed. The Old South restaurant across the street has AMA ING hand-made meals, a must❣️
