Fairfield Inn & Suites Rolla - Hotel in Rolla - 1670 Old Wire Outer Rd, USA

One of the BEST stays we have had in a while. Beautiful on the outside. Walk in and it smells SO good! The freshness and cleanliness is so very welcoming! |The room was super clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast options are great! Love the oatmeal bar! They have 2 waffle machines for any parents needing to know. |The whole staff was very kind. I have to give a huge shout-out to Ariel. From the multiple phones call to our whole stay, she was so very helpful and so very kind. Her kindness and amazing customer service over the phone is what made us know we wanted to stay at this hotel!

Location:The location is next to the Interstate. There is some road noise. There is a Longhorn Steakhouse close. Other restaurants are within easy driving distance.||Hotel: The hotel is only three years old. It looks new, very clean. It has a business center, fitness room, indoor pool and hot tub. The fitness room is good size and very well equipped. The only thing missing is a recumbent bike. The business enter is one computer and printer. It is in a public area. The hotels provides a bag with water and snacks to members. The market place was well stocked.||Staff: The clerk when we checked in was excellent. The clek the next day was friendly, but she coughed regularly without covering her mouth. The breakfast attendant was not cheerful.||Room: The room was a good size. The price at $160 was reasonable. The only chair is the desk chair in non-suite rooms. The mattress was good but a bit soft. Well decorated.||Breakfast: Great. They had granola with many different cereal toppings along with omemelts, eggs, and meat. Nice sized room. Only crowd was getting utensils next to hot meal service.

Awesome place! Clean, friendly, and very happy employees. Highly recommend this stop for anyone who needs to pass through on their trips whether business family recreation or even a breakdown.|Worked in the hotel industry highly well maintained facility. Nice little corner store good places around safe area pools good and out side seating a plus.

First of all the first interaction with any employee and staff was wonderful. And as soon as we walked it, you could smell that it was clean! And not just the spray some smell good clean, but legit clean! Got up to the room, it too was so spacious and clean. Big tv, mini fridge, microwave, big bathrooms. And the breakfast!!!! Oh my gosh I have never had a breakfast at a hotel be that delicious and such a wide selection! Wonderful wonderful breakfast!!! The only thing I would say a smidge negative would be their pool area. It was very small, but other than that wonderful hotel and would absolutely stay again!

I hate hotels. I usually refuse to stay in one because I have high standards and there is always something wrong. This hotel however will be added to my approved list. It's very clean, and very modern. For being right off the interstate, it's also fairly quiet. Breakfast had many options which was a nice accomodation and good change up from the typical hotel breakfast. The staff was also just as wonderful. Did I mention how CLEAN it was? I highly recommend staying with them if you're in the area.

Checkout- 2024-05-18 - 5 Stars Checkin - 2024-05-17 Checkin was a breeze, can’t remember the young man’s name, but the process was a quick and was able to answer my questions. Hotel looked great! Room - was very nice and Did Not have any issues. The housekeeping and maintenance are doing a wonderful job keeping everything looking nice. Breakfast - the breakfast spread was awesome, two ladies were very busy keeping The tables clean, and the food area filled for the guest. Job well done ladies job well done. Exercise room/gym Treadmill worked as expected very clean area Great staff, very nice hotel, Please keep up the good work.

So I want to start off by saying that Autumn at the front desk was the sweetest person I have ever met at any hotel, and I travel a lot with my work. Autumn your attitude and overall gestures is what makes a great hotel. Keep up the great work!!! I also want to mention how clean and professional the hotel was on our stay. We will definitely keep you guys in mind when we travel that direction again.

Stayed at Fairfield Inn in Rolla, Missouri for a weekend for a family reunion. The bed was very comfortable, clean room, some of the breakfast items weren't as warm as I would have liked. But overall it was a wonderful hotel to stay at.
