The location was great. Right off the Freeway, close to food and a gas station. The Room was OK. The beds were like sleeping on rocks. The vent fan in the bathroom was terrible. Took a 10 min shower and water vapor didn't dissipate. We tried opening the door and it made the room humid. The bathroom floor was uneven so Stubbed my toe a few times. A separate time the floor cut my shoe, so I was glad I had that protection. Went to report to the front desk in the morning, but no one was at the front desk. Breakfast was good, but super crowded. Pool is small, but they do have a fitness room. For the money, I expected more. I have stayed in other Fairfields and they were so much better for the same price.
This place was clean, and the staff was great. The bed was comfy with great fluffy pillows. This had one of the best complimentary breakfasts. This hotel also offers a 15% discount when you eat at Steve's steakhouse. I would recommend staying here.
We had a great one night stay. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Make sure you go to Steve’s Steakhouse for dinner, they give you a discount if you’re staying at the Fairfield. Also, it was only 20 minutes away from Mystic Hot Springs!
Average hotel, nice staff. The rooms are very small, but comfortable beds and furniture. The pool was closed, so there wasn't really much to do. I was here staying for a mountain bike race, so I wasn't at the hotel much anyway. Could be better if you stay in a nicer room.
Check your bank accounts everyone! They added a $50 fee onto my card. When I called to inquire what it was they said that it was a charge for a "pet." I explained to them that I did not own a pet, nor did I have one there. They inquired some more and came back telling me I that the housekeeper watched myself and my two kids walk out of the hotel with a black German Shepherd. Mind boggled, I explained to them how this would be impossible seeing that I do not own one of these. She said there was absolutely nothing she could do about it and it was my word against the housekeepers who said she "swears that she saw us with a dog." Stunned, I hung up with the intent to dispute the charge. I then called back to talk to the manager and when I did, the lady said that they changed their mind because the housekeeper realized that she saw these apparent "people with a pet coming out of that room" on the weekend instead of during the week on the days we stayed there. I got the refund of the $50, but I'm just curious, how many other victims are getting a random $50 pet fee for these imaginary pets? Keep an wary eye out for those fishy charges if you stay here.
This property is under construction in the lobby, breakfast area, HVAC systems, and entire second floor. We stayed Mar 29-31. Rm. 303 However, management is making a concerted effort to keep the area s clean, safe, and comfortable. They are keeping the pool open up until the day they will begin work in that area. They arranged for breakfast to be served from a room in the main hallway and set up tables in the foyer for guests to eat. Our experience was not affected by the construction in any significant way. In addition, our housekeeper was kind and generous toward us, and always had a genuine smile on her face. The front desk accommodated our needs, answered questions and made helpful suggestions. Well done!
Perfectly happy with our latest stay. As always, Marriott properties are safe and have clean rooms and friendly staff. I don’t really ask for much more than that.
Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. I'm a fairly loyal Marriott customer, but this place is sub-par at best. They are undergoing construction and "some amenities may not be available" translated into absolutely no amenities. I can understand needing to renovate, but if it's to this extent, please don't charge full price. I got there after a very long day of driving and was told I'd have to get to my room by going back outside. There was absolutely no way to get to the front desk during my stay if I needed anything without going outside. The person who checked me in had zero concern for welcoming me or being helpful so I wouldn't have felt comfortable asking for anything. He was also there in the morning when I returned my key and didn't even inquire how my stay was. Also, the construction banging went on way too late and started way too early for my taste - you have people traveling who need to rest at some point. Perhaps offer earplugs if you have to make so much noise that it's going to reach my room at the near end of the hall. The icing on the cake was one of the worst beds I've ever tried to sleep on. It's like someone put a few springs on a cardboard box. Skip this place.
This was a nice stop. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was simple but great. The room was very clean and it was quiet. The mattress was a little too firm for me, but my husband said it was great. There is a restaurant right outside the hotel pa

Went last Wednesday and ended up ordering their sliders, sweet potato fries, and a drink called a girl named shoe. The sliders were okay to me, but I loved the fries and the drink that still think about it. The service was also great, and I can see m
The patience and professionalism of this restaurant is amazing. Our group started at 19, then we went to 23, then to 25--and back down to 23 (what a server's nightmare). But these servers didn't make us feel unwanted at all. They were so nice and
Clean, classic theater, with comfortable seats and clean floors. We were there for a little film festival and loved the atmosphere of the theater. The screen and sound were on par with any bigger theater chain, although the rooms were smaller with a
