Very clean hotel with good continental breakfast if you need to stay by the airport. | The area aound the hotel seemed safe to walk in. There is a Wendys across the street and Chipotle not far if stuck there. I could see the airplanes from my window, however I did not hear them since it is a small airport and not much traffic. ||I dropped this review from a 5 star to 4 star simply for the poor shuttle service to the hotel from the airport. I read that it was an easy walk from the airport to the hotel. There were signs for the hotel in the baggage area, but when I tried to follow them, it led to a dead end. I looked on Google and it said it was an 18 minutes walk. I gave up and called the shuttle since it was raining. I had to call twice and the shuttle driver didn't come for over 30 minutes. I asked him if there was a better way and he directed me that you needed to walk outside thru the first floor car garage then it was only a 3 minute walk. I told this to my daughter that arrived after me and she was able to get to the hotel quickly. The problem is that if you have a lot of luggage or have a handicap, the shuttle should not take 30 minutes.

I am absolutely blown away by this property. From the second I called with a question regarding my stay I was already so impressed with the kindness and knowledge Cindy had. Fast forward to check in, it was a breeze, Cindy is truly a gem whom i can't say enough about. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and above all--CLEAN! Breakfast is done beautifully and there is such a wide selection. Truly cannot say enough good things about this property and all the employees--especially Cindy!

For an airport hotel, I would say that it meets expectation. We checked in with no problem and the lobby and eating area were generally clean and updated. I would say the rooms are okay if you are spending a night there, but I wouldn't jump to stay there for a visit to this area. The walls are a bit thin and there was a door between us and our next door neighbor, so it was easy to hear them at night. The room seemed to be a bit dated but it was tolerable (again for a night, not bad). The morning meal was your standard continental breakfast, but that being said it wasn't bad and hit the spot.

Stay away from this hotel. Dirty, old, noisy rooms. The barn door into the bathroom did not work and the shower floor was an ice skating rink. The table was splintered. No amenities. They suggest you walk down a hallway, enter a code to go out a back door, walk into an unsecured garage and then into the airport, no thanks. After you drop off your rental car, you have to walk to another hotel, call them for the shuttle. Do not recommend this hotel.

Our flight was scheduled for early morning. We decided to go to the airport area the night before and this hotel was perfect!The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. The drawback was that the hot breakfast started at 6:30 AM but we had to leave at 6:00 AM so we had a muffin. It looked like the breakfast would have been wonderful!

Positive: "" Negative: The air conditioning was a bit loud and the iron had one missing button. Other than that, I would say the hotel was perfect in location, and somehow, we find it very quite even though it was next to the airport. The continental breakfast was good.

I stayed here (Warwick) with my family on March 2-4, 2024. I made a reservation on Booking for about $291. I arrived at the hotel and paid $340 for 2 days. I paid on March 2 when I checked in. The payment slip shows March 3 due to the time difference. I asked the front desk clerk why I was overcharged and he said it was a deposit and that the deposit of about $50 would be refunded after I checked out. I checked out of the hotel and it has been about 45 days and no refund has been made yet. By the way, I wrote to booking.com customer support line. They are also interested but we have not received any result yet. Last week I went to the hotel with my daughter. with my bank account document and the hotel's zero-balance invoice of 291$. When I asked the clerk there why there was no refund, he said that these refunds happen within 4-5 days, but I don't know why yours didn't happen, ask your bank. I called my bank's customer support line and there was no refund. When I asked the hotel clerk if I could speak to the manager, he said I was the manager. I asked to speak to the accountant, he refused. Then we asked him to check your refunds from last month, he said the system automatically deletes the ones from a month ago.|I can't believe it, how can a hotel's accounting records be deleted or inaccessible after a month? I also remind those who want to stay here, follow your deposit refunds.|I will follow this issue. Please refund my deposit.

This hotel gave me so much headaches. We were not accommodated properly. I asked to be on a higher floor and they put me on a lower level. I entered my room and it wasn't cleaned properly, towels were on my hotel floor and it smelled like a dog. My son had pet allergies and it had truly agitated him. When turning off the air condition it smelled like a dog. If you turned it on it smelled like a wet smelly rug. I moved to another room yet I still found it very dirty. The bathroom was flooded when using the shower. The shower curtain was brown and was the cause of this flood. It was useless! All the rooms were sold out so we were stuck with the first floor. When booking this hotel, we were PROMISED that we would receive a room on the higher floor. The walls are paper thin! My neighbor was banging hard on the wall and my family couldn't sleep. It was very irritating especially as this was a holiday weekend. I expected better because we have had better experiences at other Fairfield Hotels nationally but this one showed Fairfield's weakness in the business. Whoever was assigned to clean the rooms did a poor job. It affected our hygiene. Anything in the first floor has to be updated because it was a poor quality room.
