Clean and new! No mold in room or building except the pool area did smell moldy. Everything is cute and colorful and modern. The breakfast area was large and had booths and lots of food options, even gluten-free muffins (Udi’s). We used the laundry facilities and those were clean and nice, too.

Stayed for a week . This is based off first 3 days. Nit even our whole visit. We arrived early and we were able to check in early. That was a nice surprise. Guest services was very pleasant. They old us housekeeping was just finishing up our rooms. Checked into our room. Clean and spacious. The pool was freezing our whole visit and the hot tub had way too much chlorine. No towels. None. Very limited breakfast items. Was not able to eat anything but cold cereal. I should have asked for a refund for our stay that day. Why? ONE waffle maker. One. No pancakes or another option. But it wouldn't have helped. People need to watch their kids. There were so many kids. Running around the hotel, the halls, banging on our doors. Touching all over the food at breakfast while I was at the table trying to eat. Hotel staff did nothing to stop it, the parents either. It was disgusting. I felt like I was in an apartment. Completely miserable. Everyday. I really wanted to enjoy my stay. But peoples kids. Hotel staff needs to put them all in one area. Then they can torture each other. And other guests can enjoy their stay. We will not be back.

Excellent customer service from the staff especially Mr. Yost, an unexpected visit turned out to be a safe clean place to stay with a hot breakfast every morning and a good night sleep. They were so accommodating with our needs. Thank you for the warm welcome and best wishes for safe travels.

This hotel is wonderful! It is located across the interstate and up the hill from ISU. Easy access to the hospital, gas stations, convenient store, restaurants, and the interstate. It's in a residential area on one side and another hotel on the other side. Plenty of parking and special parking for trucks pulling recreational toys. There is a path down the road for a jog if you are inclined. The hotel is very clean! The beds are great! The bathrooms are large and nice! I had 2 TVs in my room with a sofa that pulled out if needed. I will come back to this hotel my next time in Pocatello.

The room was clean and the staff friendly, but we came for a wedding and the 1 time we actually needed an iron, the board was falling apart. The pad would not stay on the board and actually made the clothing worse. The website lists Iron's and boards as an amenity, but was totally useless. When I asked at the desk about it, the employee nicely went and checked other rooms and called to tell me that there was nothing available in the other rooms I could use. The breakfast area was clean, but the selection was very disappointing. Something as simple as water was no where to be found. Although the rooms were clean and the staff helpful, I would not recommend staying here. Pricey, but not anything special.

My wife and I stayed for a night and loved it. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The location was in a beautiful and quiet area. Breakfast was wonderful overall but our visit coincided with what looked like a school trip which created a bit of a chaotic scene at breakfast. No complaints though, we enjoyed our stay. One other thing I want to mention is that while the shower was very clean, whatever cleaning solution was used made the shower floor very slippery causing my wife to slip and fall in the shower. She wasn’t severely injured but she did suffer a bruise and a bad headache that night. Just be careful when stepping into the shower. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Pocatello. We’ll be coming back the next time we’re in town.

Positive: The location was great! Negative: The pillows and bed weren?t very good. We forgot a touletry bag, when we got it, we were missing some perfume. Hotel said they would look into it and call us. Never did.

We stayed at this hotel based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. The hotel seems quite new, we had a king suite which had a separate sitting area, which was very handy. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed very comfy. the breakfast choices were many and the staff and service fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.
