This was our second time staying here with our grand daughters. We had the king suite with two sleepers sofas. The bed was comfortable but the girls said the sleeper sofa was a bit hard. There was a tv in each room and the rooms were spacious.||We ask for extra towels the second day that we were there by 10 am but there were none in the room when we returned late afternoon. One of the staff members was out in the hallway so we ask her. She was very accommodating with all our needs. I did not catch her name. In fact every one of the staff that we dealt with were very nice and friendly.||The hotel and grounds were clean. One of the elevators was out of service the three days that we were there. We usually did not have to wait long with just the one working.||We saw two guests with small dogs while there, they could have been service animals. No pets are allowed here. That is one reason we booked here. I hope Marriott keeps the no pet policy.||The pool was nice but a little cool for June. All in all we had a good stay. I would recommend staying here especially if you need a large room.
Clean rooms, extra comforter needed to be washed, but they took care of it without a problem. Provided all requests asked, with a smile. Staff was professional, outside pool, warning. It's the mountains and the pool which is nice slide for kids but the water is Olympic pool cold. If you know the difference. It's cold... Nice lounge area outside, where some guests where gathered which I only observed tend to stick to myself. But guess where pleasant as well. Breakfast had a few options. Asked for turkey options or besides pork. Next day it was on the menu. Much Luv for that! If we come back definitely where I wouldn't mind staying. Great deal for the price, and located by the main strip. So your close to everything driving. AS well as plenty of things walking distance. Location is excellent!!!
We consider ourselves very lucky to have stayed here April 20-24 of this year. From entering this hotel, we were greeted with friendly faces and notably staff who know how to look after their guests. Anything we asked for, was sent to our room moments later. Breakfast was really good and a lovely big fire to enjoy while eating or playing board games later. Front hall had an open fire (this one artificial) with very comfortable seating to read. Unfortunately weather was not the greatest to enjoy the outdoor pool but we did enjoy the hot tub one afternoon. The outside sitting area is very nice, with a lovely fire to enjoy in the evenings. Hotel very clean, room lovely and bed very comfortable. Kudos to ALL a staff who made our stay very enjoyable, would recommend highly.
Let me start this by saying we are Rewards members. I booked our 3 night stay about a month prior. Upon check in, we were given the 2nd floor RIGHT BEHIND a huge awning. We are in our 60's and once we are done for the day, my husband likes to sit in a chair and look out the window at the lights and traffic. Couldn't see anything. I asked him if he wanted to move and he said no. Well after breakfast the next morning we did ask. The clerk said "well I have groups coming, let me look". Understandable. She sent us to 3rd floor, one room over which wasn't great but better. Still acted like it inconvenienced her that we asked. I'm no hotel expert, but it seems to me those rooms should be left for late comers, possibly one nighters. Neither lady at the desk was overly friendly, I did buy a lemonade out of the cooler and the guy who checked me out was super nice !! Also the ladies at the breakfast bar were super nice and helpful, but the breakfast was just ok, nothing to rave about. We love staying on Teaster Lane because its off the main drag but it may be our last stay there.
Had to move rooms because TV was not working properly. New room had a slow draining sink and tub. They had someone there to fix it in about 20 minutes. He was super nice. I travel a lot for business, so got the room with my points. Kids liked the free breakfast. In room coffee was basic. The pool was clean. Hot tub was broken. Staff was nice, but think that there were a few newer people there being trained, but this didn't slow up check-in. Has an in room microwave and small fridge. The beds were hard. The room was clean, but I think this was an older hotel. I used my debit card for incidentals and was told there would be a $40 hold. However, it was $150, according to my bank. They say I should get that refunded within 5 days so hopefully that is true. OK, if you are looking for a place to stay but wouldn't be staying there for business.
It’s a great clean hotel. The pool is a pool with a slide we really wasn’t there for the hotel pool. It’s right off the busiest road so not too much traffic to get there. The only thing my family was there for 6 days and the breakfast wasn’t all that. They have the normal eggs sausage bagels waffles yogurt healthy cereal. But it gets old after the 2nd day. The lady that does the breakfast in the mornings was great tho.
This was just a mid-way stop on a drive south, but the hotel worked out perfectly. Room was ready, clean, and quiet. Lobby was nice, they have a gas fire pit out back and a zero entry pool with a small slide. Pool was not heated, as early April the water was like ice. Breakfast was standard, waffle maker, cereal, eggs, bacon, etc. Easy to recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was easy access to all our favorite attractions. The kids and I loved the hot tub after walking all day and was delighted with the breakfast. Our room was spacious and the staff very friendly. Thanks April and Chelsea we loved it there.

My family and I dinned in on a Saturday for lunch. It was around a 45 minute wait time which seems to be quite normal. They will take your number and call when a table is ready which allows you to look around the area while you wait. We were seated i
Lots of seating, cool shops and things to do. The parking was rough and they only had 1 tram going so it was quite a walk to get there from the back of the parking lot.
Friendly service and nice little atmosphere. Excellent pizza. The dough was soft and voluptuous, with the crust having the perfect amount of crispiness. Pepperoni was savory and there was plenty of high quality mozzarella cheese on top. The sauce was
