Fairfield Inn & Suites Peoria East - Hotel in East Peoria - 200 Eastlight Court, USA

Our family was in town for a funeral and the assistant GM, Charles, was so helpful to my family. He made sure we were in a spacious room that was comfortable enough for us (a teenage son and daughter and 2 parents). We used the fitness center and pool which were both nice and well kept. Breakfast area was clean and coffee was always available. The staff was always nice! I want to thank Charles for going above and beyond for my family and treating us so well.

We had a last-minute need for a hotel stay for a sports event. To start, the staff was amazing. Very friendly and professional. The room and entire facility was nice and clean. Breakfast was included and there were a variety of items to choose from. I would highly recommend this facility and would definitely stay at this facility again. I did not have one bad experience there. Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasurable one!

We are lifetime titanium rewards members, and we’re very disappointed in this experience. We understand that Marriott has declared that they do not provide daily housekeeping, and their new corporate policy is every other day. Sadly, this hotel told us they only do housekeeping once every seven days! We were in town for a wedding, and We were very disappointed the second day to see nothing had been done in our room, except for emptying the trash cans. And, taking our dirty towels, but they’re not giving us new ones! Also, when I went to the coffee area in the lobby to make some tea, the hot water dispenser was full of coffee, grounds and ground water. Not good for a tea drinker! I will say that the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure excellent in the shower. But, it was impossible to take a truly hot shower. It was lukewarm water For our entire three days there. Lastly, we needed to print some things on the business center, computer, and it would not work. Even the employee who thought he could fix, was not able to get it to work. It’s a shame, because the location is great, and in general, the hotel rooms lobby, and overall design is clean and comfortable. We have decided that we will start earning rewards with another hotel brand. Very sad, considering we’ve been with Marriott for over 30 years.

Positive: Front desk staff and cleaning lady on our floor was very pleasant. Negative: There was hair on the side walls of shower. But my biggest complaint was the disgusting stuff at breakfast. Spoiked chocolate milk, a nasty concoction that they called scrambled eggs. If this is what they call breakfast they need to redo their menu.

We had a king suite with hideaway bed. Hideaway bed was dirty with crumbs and hairs all over it. Was reassigned a different room so I went and checked that hideaway bed first before moving our gear. The second room hideaway bed was also dirty with hairs and what appeared to be small droppings all of the bedding. We then were reassigned a 3rd room in which I checked and this hideaway bed was dirty as well. Totally disgusting. Will not be going back to this hotel.

This is my favorite hotel. It's clean, staff remembers me when I come to town. Location is important. Plenty of restaurants and a target super close.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Bed was fairly comfortable for being a hotel. Pullout sofa was decent. The TV provided was a good size and had a wide selection of channels. Breakfast was hot and there was a good variety of food and drinks. They had non stick spray for the waffle iron - this was mentioned in another review as an issue. However, another hotel patron didn't know how to use the waffle iron (didn't use the spray provided) and became unusable for the rest of us. The cook came out and took it away with a look of "this is why we can't have nice things" and I can't blame him ... I was really looking forward to waffles. Hot tub and pool were clean and there were plenty of towels. Hotel was located next to a lot of other stores and restaurants. Parking lot was well lit and felt safe when we came back at midnight on a Saturday. Would visit this hotel again!

Nice hotel. Even when you are a member and have your account set for certain things, no one ever follows that. Never been to a Marriott who has. Everything was fine during this stay. Hot tub jets did not work though.
