Fairfield Inn & Suites Pensacola Pine Forest - Hotel in Pensacola - 150 Loblolly Ln, USA

Pros: Clean with an exceptional staff. Great pool and lazy river with good beach access. Fish Heads bar and grill was very good.||Cons: Beds way too low and soft. I would not stay if you have bad knees like we do. The bathroom floor and tub were very slippery. Breakfast was horrible. Not even a waffle maker for the kids. They promote cage free eggs, which is great, but they tasted like they were reconstituted. We left several days for breakfast. ||I doubt we will stay here again.

Room was impeccably clean when we arrived, also larger than expected which we appreciate as we were traveling with our 9 month old. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was always very friendly and helpful! (My only 'complaint' is that the front desk told us when we checked in that they only clean the rooms every OTHER day. I appreciated the heads up, but that's a terrible policy when you are traveling with a baby and need the trash taken out daily. Also they were a bit stingy with the towels. Both 'complaints' were easy fixes though, we simply asked for extra towels and for our room to be cleaned every day. They were very kind and accommodating during our stay) 10/10 would stay there again!

Very happy with my stay here! I would absolutely stay again. The entire place was very clean. The hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was fine, typical for continental. The room was great! It was quiet, had just a little bit of hallway noise. It was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable.

As soon as we walked in, everything smelled clean. Josiah and all staff were kind and friendly our entire three night stay. Room was clean. Very quiet and convenient location. Pool area was clean and quiet, we always had the pool to ourselves. Good value for the money.

Very nice and clean hotel! Courteous staff! Very nice continental breakfast, muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, eggs, sausage, wide variety of seeds and add one, good variety of coffee including hot cocoa! Smells great all throughout hotel! Didn't use fitness center or pool but they looked good too! Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Rooms amazing, location is great! But PARADICE was amazing, help me out to get the room we wanted and made sure we were having a great experience at the hotel! Big shout out to her!!!

Sarah was great at check in and very efficient. She made me feel like a valued member. The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was super subpar. Even if you don’t have a lot of offerings, a place can still take pride in presentation. The eggs and sausages weee in pools of water and looked so unappetizing. No waffles or waffle maker. Fewer choices than I’ve seen at most Marriotts. At checkout, the clerk was hiding in a back office on her phone. I had to grab her attention and ask her to come and check me out. I would still come back.
