Mixed reviews. We had multiple rooms. The first wasn't clean, but the others were, so maybe the maid just overlooked the one we had. The clean rooms were nice and spacious. Breakfast was good, paid parking, pool was so-so, but the hotel was in close proximity to the beaches which was nice. However the front desk staff needs improvement. Taylor wasn't professional and seemed to always be complaining about other coworkers. We also saw the same employee vaping at the front desk which I did not think was professional at all. All and all it was a quick stay and we enjoyed it.

First time in Panama City but when we got to our room it looked as if nobody had cleaned it there were pen markings on the sheets , one bed had hand prints on the headboard and there had been shorts left in our bathroom. I called the front desk immediately and the Front Desk Manager Taylor who had said when we checked in i cannot fix what I don’t know about came upstairs and we showed her and she apologized and offered to clean our room or transfer us & gave us $30 out her own pockets a piece to make us stay we told her we were to tired & so the next morning she was at the front desk with a man with the hat probably about 50 something he ignored our complaints but Taylor asked a supervisor (real cute 😅) I believe with the Playboy bunny Tattoo on his neck to come clean our room and he also apologized overall the food was good room was a little pricey to not be cleaned correctly but the staff is really hospitable the Breakfast Attendant Mindy was wonderful and entertaining I even tipped her I will be returning

Positive: Front desk staff was the best. The continental breakfast was more than expected; Coffee up front at all hours - very nice. The lady that set up the breakfast and did the clean up afterwards was worth noting. Negative: The room was missing the hairdryer. This was fixed immediately by the front desk - no biggieThe ten dollar charge for the parking out front was unexpected and I thought just another rip from the guests

Great customer service from Mark White! He was very personable and helped us check out very fast! Immediately brought us towels when there was a little leak in our shower and noted it! Very clean rooms and breakfast was hot because the staff kept on top of it! Highly recommend!

Always good place only draw back extra $10 per day for parking when it's not on the beach and in a pretty safe area so no security needed to watch the parking lot so I assume that's a business model management felt was justified? I've stayed here before the $10 a day fee maybe it's seasonal. Next time I'm back for work I'll see

I just wanted to express my appreciation for, Taylor, at the front desk. She went over and beyond after spending 2 hours looking for a hotel early that morning. Her customer service skills were exceptional and made it comfortable for might daughters as well! The room was great as we were tired getting in at 3 am. Breakfast was fantastic and started our day off to a grand start! Thank you for making our stay the best possible one and I will be signing up-becoming a member in the near future! Thank you once again, Taylor, and keep up the great skills you’ve accumulated over the years and you’ll go far in everything you do!

The staff was amazing, wonderful hot breakfast with eggs and waffles. Rooms were clean and roomy. Almost Equidistant Ubering to St. Andrew’s park to snorkel, and Pineapple Willy’s for beach and food. No car for the weekend, but this hotel was relaxing and the staff took great care of us!

My husband and I had a reservation for two nights for the 4th of July long weekend. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm, which is thirty minutes earlier thant the check in time. The man at the front desk, not at all friendly and rude from the outset told us no rooms are available at that moment, We proceed to sit down in the lobby and waited until 4:00 pm. Shortly after 4:00 pm we returned to the front desk to require if our room was available; this man named Taylor, told us still no room were available. My husband asked him how long should we expect to wait for the room, he replied in an extremly rude way that housekeeping had to clean 119 rooms and whatever other issues they were facing. He started to become agresive and raising his voice to us. I asked him not to raise his voice, which only made him more angry and agresive towards us.||We kept asking about the waiting time, at which point he started to say that is better we leave the property. We asked him why, we requested an explanation, and he just went to the back office saying that he will call the police on us if we refuse to leave.||During this time, another person arrived, who identified himself as a Housekeeping Supervisor and told us there are some rooms available, which he could offered us.||The police arrived and told us that as long as the hotel will refund us in full for the stay, they have the right to refuse us entry; with the man representing the hotel and threating us with trespassing, we left. ||However, this hotel only refunded one of the two nights. That man made two separate charges for the two nights and only processed a refund for one night.||As of this writing, the hotel still owe us this refund!||I worked for Marriott hotels for eleven years, and based on my customer service knowledge and training that Marriott and Marriott franchises provided to the employees, I am shocked by the extremely bad behavior of this man towards a guest, never mind a Lifetime Titanium Marriott Bonvoy member.||This is completely unacceptable and it is a stain on the Marriott corporation reputation.
