I had the best experience at this hotel. The staff and everything was great, i had no complaints. The breakfast was great it was hot and fresh. I really do appreciate one of the workers here and her name is Marie Prierre she is absolutely amazing and very resourceful and I will be coming because she’s made my experience great here! If you want a perfect experience ask for her she’s very helpful and respectful!
After being in many hotels in roadtrips, I have seen rooms smelling like cigar, sometimes even stained and dirty bedsheets. After a long day of walking, a clean room was imperative, and housekeeping did exactly that. The bedsheets were nicely tucked and the room smelled clean. Towels were folded, and there was no dirt on the ground. Housekeeping has truly made a fantastic job. Another work that didn’t go unnoticed to me and my family was the one Maria did. Upon seeing her during breakfast hours she immediately greeted us with a warm smile and showed us exactly where everything is located. She didn’t just do her job, but she did it with an extreme attention to detail and extreme care. She’s a fabulous worker, and truly made our morning easier. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
I've previously stayed in the Marriott Village but this was my first time staying at this hotel. Overall, the stay was OK. However, the room was extremely humid and smelled like wet carpet when we first came in, had to put the AC very low to get rid of this temporarily. The humidity and smell was even worse at night since we didn't want to have the room freezing cold. Felt like it was more humid inside the room than outdoors. Other than that, the room was clean, quiet and ok. The breakfast was good. Didn't experience long waits for the waffles and everything was stocked up. Easy to find seating to eat especially for a Saturday. Parking was $22/night which tends to be the usual for hotels around the area. The location of the hotel is very convenient and has easy access to Disney, Disney Springs and the outlets. I'm not sure if I would stay there again due to the humidity and smell of the room but for 1 night it was OK.
When we got there our room ac wasn't working.... after talking to the front desk and having ppl come to try to fix it. We had to ask for a room change. After that everything was good. Breakfast was good and our room was cleaned and beds made each day!!!
The value for the price can’t be beat. I read a lot of reviews that complain about the rooms and the buffet but honestly, it’s an ideal budget option for a Disney/universal trip. The room was a bit musty but the A/C worked great and kept the room really comfortable. The free breakfast was a great start to the day. There’s free shuttles to Disney as well which we didn’t use because we preferred Ubering and it was very easy to get in/out of the resorts. There’s a nice bar at the Courtyard, and the pools at all three hotels looked very nice. I would 100% use this hotel as a base again for future resort trips.
My husband and I were visiting friends from up north and they chose this location based on the proximity to Disney Springs. Disney Springs is a 5 minute drive on the other side of the highway and so easy to get to. We also visited Universal which was a short 15 minute ride up I-4. ||We had a lovely experience during our stay. Rosemary checked us in and she was so friendly and welcoming! She has such a sunny attitude and was so pleasant through out our stay. ||The hotel is well appointed with all the snacks and drinks you might need in their corner pantry. We do not eat breakfast so I cannot speak to the breakfast service and selection. The food hall was a little tragic but when you are hangry and don't want to go to eat anywhere it will do. They have all the basic things for food from sandwiches and burgers to pizza and philly cheesesteak. The food was hot and prepared correctly, just do not expect a 5 star culinary experience. ||The hotel itself is in need of a major facelift, BUT our room was spotless and comfortable. As we were hardly in it, I just appreciated that is was clean and centrally located. ||We were assigned a room that was right by the elevator, next to guest laundry, ice machine and housekeeping storage closet. It was by far the quietest room we have stayed in as I didn't have to hear children and families 24/7. When we stay at this location, I will request this specific room in the future due to how quiet it was.||I saw some previous reviews mentioning that the carpet felt wet and the room has a musty odor. This was not our experience. Our room was cool and comfortable. ||Every staff member that we interacted with from F&B, FD and HK was lovely and made us feel welcome. Will be staying here again.
Avoid This Hotel: Serious Moisture Problems: My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room I was given had a significant moisture problem, making the carpet feel damp. As someone who is allergic to moisture, this was a serious issue for me. I had to take allergy medication every night just to get some sleep, which was still very difficult. The conditions in the room were unacceptable and made my stay very uncomfortable. When I informed the hotel staff about this issue, they mentioned that they were aware of the problem and were working to resolve it. My question is: why do they offer hotel services knowing about such a serious issue? I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those with similar allergies.
First let me just say you get what you pay for. The outside and lobby were decent. Nothing negative there. the hallways and rooms though… the rooms smelled moldy/wet. The downstairs is deceiving . I will say it’s close to the park… free breakfast was a plus but again you get what you pay for. If you want a budget friendly option this is your place . Just set your expectations. Rooms are only serviced on the 3rd day of your stay. Towels were replaced and trash taken out but beds not made. Service was decent. Only interacted with the check in people which was fine. Didn’t see or speak to anyone else at our stay.

It all starts with people. From the valets upon our arrival and who had our truck waiting on us for our 4:30 am departure. To the greetings at the front desk, the bartenders at night, and the gentleman who brought us breakfast to our room. Awesome se
