Fairfield Inn & Suites Omaha Northwest - Hotel in Omaha - 7101 N 102nd Cir, USA

Overall, our 6 night stay at this Fairfield was a positive experience. ||Oksana, at the front desk, was THE BEST! She was always with a smile on her face and she provided "excellent" customer service. ||Parking was free, with plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is located just off of a freeway and had a few food choices within walking distance.||Breakfast was complimentary- with hot choices like eggs, breakfast meat, breakfast sandwiches, and a waffle maker. As well as, bread choices, yogurt, and oatmeal. Hot coffee was available all the time. A negative though were the chairs in the breakfast dining area- they were a little worn down and peeling...||There is one washer and dryer on the second floor and the hotel provides complimentary laundry pods and dryer sheets with was much appreciated! The rim around the washer tub was dirty.||There is a small swimming pool, but no hot tub. ||Our room had a refrigerator and microwave. The room was spacious and overall clean except for the sofa pullout:( ||The mattress and under the cushions was disgusting! I had the housekeeping supervisor come in to see how bad it was. She seemed genuinely concerned, however, the hotel manager, Tyler, could have cared less when we informed him.||The room a/c worked good.||In the bathroom, the shower water pressure was good and the water was hot, but there was no exhaust fan:( ||A positive for us was there were actually 3 hooks for our wet towels!!! We usually have to hang our wet towels on the closet rods, so thank you for the extra hooks!||Besides some housekeeping issues, we found this Fairfield to be a good hotel.

Overall the hotel is nice, but considering just how nasty the shower is… mold and mildew all around the base of the shower inside and out. This is kind of the main area of the hotel I’d like cleaned between my stay and someone else’s after the sheets of course. Wear shower shoes if you stay here. Yuck!

Outstanding facility. Nice customer service. Breakfast was excellent with a nice variety for everyone. Beyond what you might expect for a breakfast while on the road. Clean and modern facility. Well maintained. Friendly, professional, and courteous staff. Very easy access of I 680, Highly recommend this Fairfield Inn & Suites. You will not be disappointed.

If it wouldn’t be for the EV/Tesla Charger and the friendly staff, this would be a 1-star review. The pull out bed was disgusting and stained. The regular beds were less comfortable than normal. The breakfast was the worst we have ever had at a Marriott property.

If it weren’t for Oksana (front desk), I’d give this hotel a RAVING REVIEW! I have had amazing experiences with everyone else with the exception of her. As a gold elite member, I am eligible for complementary upgrades amongst other parks. She declined my request for an upgrade (to her obvious dissatisfaction, the Manager on duty honored my request. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name, but he was incredibly kind and accommodating). Given my husband and I both work remote, when I asked if I could quickly use the conference room for a private call at 8am, she advised they charge $25 (The night staff advised it should not be a problem given the time, and the fact that I was not hosting a meeting for external guests). Eventually, Oksana granted my request. I was in the room for five minutes, and once complete, I thanked her. She rolled her eyes without acknowledging my kindness. I consider myself a very polite person, however, Oksana is testing my patience with her rude, condescending, abrasive and extremely curt attitude. While overall, this has been a wonderful stay, I am not thrilled about having to be here three more days with her at the front desk. As a Director who is client-facing, Oksana needs additional soft skill training.

We would like to thank Josh for basically being a lifesaver. The power was out in Omaha, and we did not have enough charge to make it home on our Tesla, so we talked to Josh on the phone and he so graciously let us use their charger to get us home safe. Not too many people would go out of their way to help us like he did. Josh, you rock buddy!!

We had a large group because of our family reunion. The rooms were good as expected. They had them extremely cold when we walked in so just about everyone said they had to adjust the temperature. But the hallways were very hot and had a smell. We had a few issues with credit cards double charging and the manager said there was nothing they could do which is an inconvenience when you are out of town and trying to use your money to enjoy attractions and shop which is what we do. The swimming pool was shutdown for about 5 hours ( for cleaning which is understandable) but that was what my 9 year old always wants to do as with any child at a hotel. The breakfast was the infamous continental so it was good. The hotel was clean. And conveniently located near the highway for travel. All and all this hotel was good.

A/C broke told me wait a day to fix it had to sleep at 76 degrees not fun,mini fridge is a mini mini fridge and firealarm likes to go off at 3am and then took them til 4 to shutoff and clear it.
