Fairfield Inn & Suites Montgomery Airport South - Hotel in Montgomery - 7560 Mobile Hwy, USA

I picked this hotel because of the reviews and it being ranked best in the area. Unfortunately, in reality it’s an average hotel, not worth the jacked up price I paid for the high demand weekend. Check in was quick but not friendly. I tried communicating on the Marriott Bonvoy app but it didn’t work so I had to go downstairs to request the sheets we needed. Maybe there’s no such thing as housekeeping help anymore as I had to wait for the desk clerk to get the sheets and carry them up myself. Plus they don’t clean your room nightly. The pool was clean and a nice experience for us. Nice to have towels there. There are no tea bags in the room or downstairs, which is a simple thing they could do to make guests feel welcome. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, and we had a nice tree view.

This hotel is freshly renovated, thus the lobby and rooms are lovely. The hotel is fresh, clean, and quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The front desk staff were pleasant and welcoming. The hotel appears to be in a safe area, and we did not detect any noise from outside though there were other hotels and a fast food restaurant in close proximity. I don't know how close the airport is, but we did not hear any planes flying over.||This was a pleasant stay overall.

Super friendly & energetic staff. Arrived late and the desk team member was alert, fun when checked in. The staff was energetic & bright in the morning as well - a marked difference between other places I stay often. Great job creating a fun environment even for just a one night stop over!

From the moment I walked through the front door, my experience at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and demonstrated impressive teamwork. It was evident that they collaborate seamlessly, with team members from various positions getting cross-trained at the front desk.||I’d like to extend a special thank you to three outstanding team members who went above and beyond to assist me: Tekeyta, the Housekeeping Manager; Shane, the Hotel Manager; and Bridget, the Front Desk Associate. Their dedication and professionalism truly enhanced my stay.||The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and exceptional staff.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful. Consistently going above and beyond, their entire team here has been fantastic to work with. I'd also love to give a special shout-out to Joyce; she helped me wrangle a parcel that I might not have received on time if it wasn't for her help.

The stay was amazing. Customer service was impeccable and I truly appreciate all the kindness and top notch hospitality! Mrs. Jackie, Mrs. Joice, and Mr. Deshawn, thank you, you all made our stay even better! It’s not easy moving across country so the small things matter so much!

On our first visit we were met by friendly, professional check-in staff and a clean, clean room. A week later we were back at the hotel and were greeted by staff who recognized us from previous visit. We were given great recommendations for dinner. Highly recommend, we couldn’t have been more pleased!!

So I am not going to be long winded, shout out to Christina and Joice. These two ladies were friendly, gave great advice for the local economy, helped when needed and were just overall very awesome. It's what you would expect when going to a hotel chain. So ladies, if you see this, Thank You!!! Now, I'm not changing my 5 stars but there were a ton of gnats in my room, they didn't bother me as they stayed in the restroom mostly, but they were there and the rooms were extremely clean.
