Fairfield Inn & Suites Memphis Southaven - Hotel in Southaven - 7149 Sleepy Hollow Dr, USA

Stayed for a week with my family and multiple other baseball families. I was weary because we stayed here for half the price of some of our other families that stayed 5 mins away from us. Usually “you get what you pay for” but we got way more! Honestly the staff was the friendliest staff we have come across in the last 4-5 years we have been traveling for sports. From the front desk, to the cleaners and workers around the property everyone was extremely nice and not once did they make us feel uncomfortable or as if we bothered them when help was needed. They treated us very well and joked with us and were very conversational. The pool area was enough space for 5-6 of our baseball families to hang out. The only downside was there wasn’t much shade. They have 3 umbrellas there that will give you some shade but we used our sports canopy to give us much more coverage since we had plenty of people there. The rooms were clean, tv was a little small but that’s just being picky. For breakfast they had tons of options each morning, waffles, Breads, muffins, boiled eggs, eggs, turkey sausage, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, cereal and i may be missing other options. This was truly a great stay at a great value! Thank you to all of the wonderful staff during our 7/11-7/16 stay!

Stayed there with my family and Lisha at the front desk was so friendly,professional,and happy! I have never experienced such friendly hospitality from a hotel until I met her. When she was off work we were sad. The breakfast was hot and good Loretha made sure we had what we need. Rooms were clean hotel is old but the staff made it worth while. As long as Lisha is at the front desk that will be our place to stay always. We are Marriott Members and Lisha made us feel like family

All the staff were friendly and courteous. The double beds room was spacious and not cramped. Shirley in the breakfast area was very friendly and pleasant to all guests, greeting them and keeping the area clear of any crumbs, rearranging and refilling promptly. They had gluten free bagels and muffins too!!!

I have never had a better experience with a hotel in my life. My husband is a truck driver and we stayed here for a week and a half when I came to visit. They were very kind and accommodating, everything was so clean. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Sylvia when we needed help for extending our stay. The breakfast is okay, it's hotel breakfast. The pool was a 6.5/10 but it was clean enough and just hot as hell outside. The cleaning ladies were amazing and sweet as well. I loved it here, and if we ever came to visit, I'd choose this hotel everytime.

Very poor experience here. Do not recommend. The hotel made charges to my room that were someone else’s. They admit the error but so far have not credited my account. Be very careful if you stay here. Do not trust them with your credit card information. They do not seem to care about their guests. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Nice hotel and super friendly staff. Sylvia was super helpful and polite at check in and went above and beyond to assist with a smile. Little disappointed in No Airport shuttle. But it all worked out Thanks to Sylvia.

This hotel may be the worst Marriott-branded hotel I have ever stayed at. I had a one-night stay, and the room was old and smelled strongly of smoke. The door didn't lock on its own, and the desk was covered in some sort of sticky substance.||As a Lifetime Titanium member with Marriott, I am shocked that this hotel is allowed to fly a Marriott flag. ||I was so grossed out that I ended up staying at the Avid down the street, which was much better.

Incredibly friendly staff and well maintained property. We have stayed here twice and every staff member we have interacted with has always met us with a smile. Really convenient location as well. Highly recommend
