Fairfield Inn & Suites Mebane - Hotel in Mebane - 111 Spring Forest Dr, USA

I stayed here with my family as a last minute booking, part of an impromptu road trip that after a cancelled flight. After a rough day, this was brilliantly bright spot. The staff were fantastic, friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. I'll plan on staying here everytime I drive through.

Great hotel, great location....however, we travel with our dog, a 20lb Westie, and the hotel charges a $100 pet fee. That's armed robbery. Hotel fee for wife and I was $160... the dog stay ($100) cost more than the wife ($80) and didn't get a free breakfast! Marriott, shame on you. Charge a reasonable fee.

We stayed for five weeks and had a nice stay. The front desk were always friendly, were able to accommodate us adding weeks, and always made sure we got cookies and water. The rooms were very clean, especially the bathrooms, and the beds were comfortable. ACs really do cool down the rooms and breakfast always had a nice variety. I especially loved that the lobby always had piping hot coffee and tea 24/7. We look forward to staying again. And special shoutout to the cleaning staff on third floor. You always cleaned our room well, were nice, and always gave us a generous supply of anything we might run out of.

This is a dirty older hotel. The A/C wasn’t working in the lobby and barely working in the room. The room is older and musty. Dirty carpet and counters. Breakfast offering is subpar. Staff was not friendly; didn’t greet/recognize status. Will not stay here again. There is a Hampton Inn right next door as well as a Cracker Barrel….

We had booked this hotel for a Saturday (5/25/24) night the rate was $158.04.We had to change our plans to stay Friday (5/24/24) I called the hotel and ask about making the change .I spoke with Marci she checked and made the change said no problem. She sent me a confirmation but I didn't look at it since she said it was done. We stayed Friday night for a family event on Saturday. When we checked out Saturday for 1 night. The lady at the hotel never mention a rate increase when she changed t I ask for a copy of our receipt to our surprise the rate was $278.77 a $120.73 Increase for 1 day from Saturday to Friday. I sent an email to Marriott about the rate hike that we were unaware of .Their reply was it was in the email confirmation after she changed the date and it was I went back and checked but I didn't look at the email since she didn't mention the change on the phone. With all that being said Marriott would not give me the original rate saying they notified me. Just beware when making any changes with Marriott . As for us we will not be doing business with them in the future .We hope this might prevent the same thing from happing to anyone else.

Room 222 2nd time staying at this location and it has been great. Happy with Keurig coffee makers, nice tv that is set up for streaming and good water pressure in the shower. The only criticism is this room gets too much light from the parking lot lights at night

Pool was super tiny and our bathroom had bugs in the shower. The location was great however and breakfast was extensive with options.

Right off I-85. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were great. I wish there were more vegan options in breakfast and a charging station for my EV but rest every thing was perfect.
