Fairfield Inn & Suites Madison West/Middleton - Hotel in Middleton - 8212 Greenway Blvd, USA

Though this hotel was clean with comfortable beds and had a good continental breakfast, we were unable to sleep as the drapes in our room on the 3 rd floor did not close and were in direct line with a parking lot high intensity light. They should have warned us it was daylight in our room all night. Be aware and ask before you register! For this price room, we were disappointed!

Clean and well run hotel. It meets the standards expected of Marriott properties. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is better than most. Checkin is easy with the Bonvoy app. Good value for the money. Our room was clean and ready for us when we requested our check in time.

This property had great reviews, so I decided to stay here for one night during our vacation. The hotel is right off the main road and easily accessible. You drive past the hotel, turn right at the light and then enter a shared drive with a bank. The front desk staff were all very friendly and did their best effort to help out with any questions. We had a king suite, which was pretty spacious with a nice, large couch. Our son slept in that. It had two TVs, so we could watch two different shows, but we didn’t end up using them. Breakfast was OK. There wasn’t much that appealed to me, so I had the eggs with cheese. I tried the orange juice and found it too watered down. They had chocolate milk when my wife was there earlier, but they had run out by the time I came down. My wife also wanted a bagel, but they didn’t have any cream cheese, so she fixed herself an English muffin instead. Parking is plentiful, and we had to park in back because they were pretty full. But they have a keyed entrance right off the parking lot. While we drove a couple miles for a restaurant, several options are within easy walking distance. Now for my only complaint - the bathroom floor had several strands of hair on it. It just didn’t make us feel like the place was clean. As a result, I reduced the review by one star. Otherwise, I would have given them five stars. I would stay here again, but I’d check the bathroom floors before I was too settled into the room.

This place is rated so high, and I can definitely see why. Jaclyn was so sweet at the front desk. She was busy, but still was able to print out documents I needed for work. I will definitely come back here again!(: Gym was epic too! And breakfast is great!

Our room was clean. Gave it 3 stars because it was so humid in our room and musty smelling at times, no matter how long we had the air conditioner going. I let the desk know that our bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working--took a shower and every surface of the bathroom was dripping in water. Nearly killed myself when I slipped getting out of the shower-literally slid across the tile floor. Was told by the desk gal that the fans are really quiet.(?) The room was clean. We got used to the dank smell, but the bathroom fan issue? That needs to be fixed .

Booked this for a work trip. It is BUDGET. Old hotel, the shower plugged up, we could hear the next door room tv through the bathroom vent - CLEARLY. Awful night sleep due to the thin wall and neighbors blaring TV from midnight - 5 am. Will never stay here again. Popcorn ceiling in rooms. Just bad. 3 stars for location - shopping at Marshalls, HomeGoods etc walking distance from hotel and packed restaurants that looked good. So many other hotels right there to use instead.

Only thing I wished was that breakfast went to 10 or 1030 like other hotels I've been to. Other than that it was a great clean hotel with a nice pool. Hot tub is under construction, but that will be a nice addition as well.

Very new and modern hotel. Clean, and well maintained. Surrounding area had many options for food and shopping. Overall great hotel.
