Would NOT recommend. Cleanliness was poor. We also found food and a bowl under the edge of the bed on the floor that Housekeeping obviously missed. Bed and pillow quality is 0 or negative. The bottom/foot end was higher than the head/top end. (Our heads seemed slightly lower than our feet.) There were two pillows for each of us but they squashed down so badly that it was like having no pillow at all. The AC unit was old and either too hot or too cold. We could not get it to a comfortable level. The parking lot is very dark and not well lit at all for safety. We checked in late for just one night passing through and were very glad. Do not recommend at all. We did not even look at breakfast after the room situation. We figured we could only imagine.
Cearrow at the front desk was extremely helpful and very attentive to my needs. Very pleasant service with a smile goes a long way! Her attention to detail and willingness to accommodate was extremelyhelpful. |Thank you Cearrow and Staff for making my stay amazing.
I stayed here just to get some shut eye during a long drive up the East coast. When I walked into the hotel I was put off by the smell. Once I got to my room I was even more put off. It was musty, warm & humid. The ceilings were very high and there was no wall decor. We were here for just a few hours and when I woke up I was greeted by a giant bug (roach) in the bathroom. There was also leftover soap in the shower. This place felt yucky. Will not return to any Fairfield property. Wish I could add a photo of the bug but review not allowing that. This is not a Marriott quality hotel
Okay, so I get it’s a 2*. I’m not expecting the Ritz Carlton… but I do expect basic cleanliness and hygiene!||First room, dead and live cockroaches in the room. Smelled damp. ||2nd room, bugs on one of the Queen beds, used face cloth hanging in shower rail, used hand sanitizer bottle on chair, speculative stains on all furnishings.||Complained in the morning (already 2am) and was promised contact from the GM. Later that day I responded to an automated text asking about my day to which I replied honestly. I was told to expect a call from the GM… 5 days later … no call.||Is it suspicious all the 4-5 star reviews of this dump have only ever posted reviews for this property? 🤔😂
Key item - we got no sleep here! Room air quality was poor - stuffy & dusty/musty and difficult to breathe there due to a strong chemical odor inside the room. This proved uncomfortable to our throats and noses and disrupted the sleep of both people in our party. As it was very late when we arrived, we tried to make it work, to no avail.
cleanliness was issue. front desk person was nice. had booking already for stop on way to home, so couldn’t cancel. rooms were not good. only benefit is location because of close to i95
We have stayed here several times, and have had generally pleasant experiences. On this visit, we found it less so. First off, parking is tight and limited, and we were pulling a trailer. There was literally no where to park it, and it wasn't possible to unhitch it. Eventually we had to leave it, along with our vehicle, in a restaurant lot nearby, with no lighting and no security. When we arrived in our room, we found a lumpy mattress, furniture that has seen better days, and a toilet that doesn't flush properly. Our level of exhaustion saw us staying there to sleep, but I'll try to make it further south or.north next time.
This hotel was filthy and disgusting. I should have turned around and walked out when I got off the elevator and all you could smell was animal urine and poop. We went to our room and the smell was not so bad. We decided to stay- BIG MISTAKE. At midnight, we were awakened by the sound of FLYING COCKROACHES. They were swarming in the room. We had no idea what this could be as we have never seen flying cockroaches. In our lives. We promptly packed our bags and left. |I am requesting a full refund of my points used for this stay. |Someone from Marriott should really visit this property and probably close it down. |Photo is where one cockroach landed on the bathroom ceiling.
They don't seem to understand the meaning of the word temporarily. The pool has been "temporarily" out of order for a month+. The side door has been "temporarily" out of order for a month+. Thermostats in room have been "temporarily" out of order for
I absolutely loved dining here! I really wish we had a place like this back home. The food was very good while being reasonably priced. But my favorite part was the environment. The decor is very eclectic and homey which i enjoyed a lot. They have pa

A fun place to find unique vintage items or simply just peruse to pass the time! I know a lot of people are very into vintage Pyrex and this warehouse is a goldmine for it, and at reasonable prices too! The cashiers were kind and a joy to talk to!
Handsdown best deserts in town. The croissants and 15 layer chocolate cake are amazing. They also have a great breakfast selection include the old country staple liver pudding. I just wished they stayed open longer instead of closing at 4pm everyday
We came in this evening and enjoyed the complimentary hush puppies, we tried the oyster stew, clam chowder, and seafood gumbo. We then ordered the deluxe broiled platter, which was perfectly prepared, and the small fried platter, which was deliciou
