Positive: The room was spacious. A tv in each living area. Negative: The ad said it had a tub and shower. Lighting wasn?t very good. Breakfast was sub par.
Stayed here for one night and it wasn’t bad but nothing to write home about. I got there between afternoon and evening and the lady helped me immediately. When I get to the door to my room, I can’t open it. I figured it out thanks to the lady. No soap at the bathroom sink but that’s really my only complaint - nothing stood out to be dirty or extraordinary. Breakfast the next morning was fine but I gotta say the waffle machine made yuuuum waffles lol.
Guest services overall was nice and friendly.
Oh - hallway was stuffy. That stood out.
But overall it was good. Can’t complain too much!
Location was great, because I was visiting Louisville and Jeffersonville. It was close enough that I could enjoy both sides of the river. The rooms were clean and the property was quiet. The staff were very helpful during our stay.
Breakfast was very disappointing. We looked forward to a warm breakfast, however, the egg muffins left much to be desired. Then the coffee ran out and no one seemed to be making more. When going to the pool, they were completely out of towels, but thankfully they got right on it.
LIghting in the room was very dark.
This hotel is very very outdated. The elevator stopped working they have no USB ports in the rooms TV was going in and out extremely disappointing! Location is Great and the front desk gentleman was Awesome! This hotel needs alot of fixing and updating.
I have tried calling hotel 3 times to get an erroneous charge corrected. Every time the front desk staff tell me the manager is not in and I gave the details and they say manager will get back to me. Today I called for the 4time and the man (I refuse to call him a gentleman because he is not) that's working the 7am 3pm shift on 6/26/24 was rude beyond point. He says I don't want to tell you just keep call back, I asked him to get my info and send manager email saying I been trying to get hold them so we can resolve this, he said he got better things to do that do that in an aggressive tone. I asked for his name and refused to give me. Not good service at all from this hotel.
Horrible service since one the cleaners did not clean my room properly and there was clothes from the previous person staying in the room! Second was told the manager will call me back and she never has! I will not be back to this hotel ever again and it’s pretty sad because my son at least enjoyed the swimming pool and for my son to find the clothes the next day under the curtain was so traumatic and I just felt like if those clothes was in there did they even clean the beds that was in the room and that’s not the service your looking for when you go to a hotel! So be careful coming here! Make sure to look under them curtains!!!!!! Disgusting
Decent, affordable hotel, convenient (10 minute walk) to the Abbey Road on the River festival.
Ambitious breakfast...instead of attempting protein (mediocre eggs/ bacon/sausages) should focus on upgrading their pastry offerings.

The staff was helpful, the room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the walk on the bridge/park was refreshing. But the most wonderful and surprising part of my stay in this hotel was; the windows were not locked up! I was able to crack the wind
Not just a tour, but an experience! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and warmly greeted by Christian and Beverly who provided an abundance of knowledge about the home and its rich history; truly a blessing! Although the museum is heavy
What a great place to visit. I've been telling everyone. Next time I go I will take my bike. The view off the bridge was breathtaking. So much to see. Everyone was having a great time. Lots of nice places to eat in the area.
This is a wonderful park tucked back up in the Crystal Springs subdivision in Jeff as you can see in the photos. Ample parking, huge open fields for kites or pick games of football or soccer, paved jogging/walking track. Benches and boulders are set
Ramiro's Cantina! What can I say. 4 years ago when I went to the Kentucky State Fare that was the first time I had Ramiro's Tacos. I was told that they smoke their brisket for hours to perfection in house. Last night I got to witness it for my self i
Will definitely be back! We ordered the hibachi plates. My husband ordered the steak and chicken. I ordered the chicken and shrimp and they were excellent! The Fried Dumplings were crave worthy for sure, and the Crab Rangoon, excellent!
