Fairfield Inn & Suites Louisville Jeffersonville - Hotel in Jeffersonville - 3000 Gottbrath Pkwy, USA

We checked in to the Marriott in Jeffersonville on March 21st 2024 and we're greeted by Katie and Nemia. The check-in process was Flawless as always and the facility was absolutely beautiful and clean and Katie went above and beyond to provide the Essentials I needed to make my stay perfect. Whoever cleans room number 326 Housekeeping did a fantastic job, no complaints about the room, very very clean, dusted very well and stocked. We were on the third floor water pressure wasn't as hard as I would like it but totally understandable and it was very hot and the body care items were enjoyable. I like the new edition of the blue makeup towel. Breakfast is delightful although my husband was disappointed that there weren't any biscuits and gravy but I know there's a rotating menu. Five stars out of five stars will be staying here again when we're in town as always Marriott is our Hotel of choice.

I was just passing through on my way to St Louis. KATIE at the front desk was so pleasant. She took the time to get us in a room that best suited our needs. Poor thing was so busy with other guests and phone calls, but she delivered great service. I would say, she could have used more help at the desk. I think something busy was happening in the city, but she handled it gracefully. I asked her what the name of her manager was, so I could leave a review and to my surprise. SHE was the manager of the hotel! We don't travel often, but I hope we stop here on our way back home.

They need to train front end better. Girl charged my card three times. No one knew how to fix it. General wasn't any help either. But rooms were very nice and cozy

We did not stay there but we went there thinking we had the right Fairfield. Debbie Grant, was working that night and was very helpful in getting us to the right place. It was late at night and we had been out, so a bit of a handful. Thanks for the help Debbie

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided at this hotel. Following my departure, I discovered an erroneous charge for an additional day on my invoice, which the hotel staff displayed an unwillingness to rectify. Despite my interactions with multiple employees, none demonstrated a willingness to assist in resolving the issue. Furthermore, despite my request for a manager to contact me, I have yet to receive any communication from them. As a Titanium member and a loyal patron exclusive to Marriott hotels, I must assert that this particular establishment has exhibited the poorest standard of customer service in comparison to all other hotels within the brand. I would strongly recommend considering alternative accommodations such as the TownePlace Suites in Jeffersonville, which boasts exceptional customer service. Regrettably, I will not be returning to this Fairfield hotel in the future, as their disregard for customer satisfaction reflects poorly upon the Marriott reputation.

The hotel is a bit off the highway but that makes it quiet. Hotel was clean but the lack of customer service by the front desk made the stay poor. The first night I asked about a list of restaurants close by and was told, "sorry we don't have that." I then asked for recommendations and got "no idea." On Sunday, I asked about to extend my checkout time from 11:00 to noon and was told they could only extend it until 11:30. I even mentioned I was an elite member and was told "we just can't do it." I certainly won't stay here again.

I stayed here for work for a couple nights and everyone I interacted with was genuinely pleasant. The restaurant next door gives 10% off to hotel guests at the Fairfield as well.

If I could give this place a negative one I would. They are trying to charge me for a room after I already canceled my reservation before the refund period ended. The manager is refusing to call me back to try and resolve this. They are saying it's because of the weekend I booked even tho that was not stated anywhere on their website or email confirmation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
