All I have to say is WOW! From the front desk staff, to the GM, every team member was accessible, friendly and truly went out of their way to ensure our celebration and stay was the best. The function space is enormous and is able to be split into 2 separate rooms. The space holds 100 people seated and is about 2,200sf total. We also were able to use the exterior meeting space canopy, which added an extra level of sophistication to our event. I will be making this my go to Marriott as I travel the Central Valley and thank you to each and every staff member that made my event and 3 day stay absolutely stellar!!!
We just needed a one night stop over on the way to Yosemite and this hotel was fine for that. I didn’t find the room to be exciting. No usb or oust right next to the bed for my cpap. Had to drape the cord to the wall. Which works but I prefer the cord on the nightstand. Elevator smelled and carpet was really stained. Room was fine though.
Great hotel for Lodi, CA! Clean rooms consistently (come here to visit often), front desk, housekeeping and breakfast attendant were all very welcoming and friendly. Large dining area to get work done, quiet neighborhood (at the moment), relaxing pool area and very close to Sprouts which I find convenient. Especially when the hotel has a little fridge to store my ice coffee! Starbucks and a few food establishments are within walking distance safely. Not a Lodi Marriot requirement but I would love to see a one or two vegan breakfast options for us veggie heads! Otherwise, thanks for adding oat milk for the oatmeal ☺️
Very comfortable, clean hotel Beds comfortable tv great and large bathroom. Rooms had the extras like microwave refrigerator coffee maker hairdryer ironing board iron. The only negative comment was no outlet in bathroom by sink and mirror . Otherwise it was great. Breakfast was plentiful with lots if choices.
I purchased a non refundable room for the weekend to attend my friends engagement party. Unfortunately I was just notified my aunt has passed away. I left town to attend the funeral and I was hoping due to these circumstances the hotel would give me a partial or full refund. That is not the case. I spoke with the assistant manager Elizabeth who spoke to the manager Fazeel. Neither would budge to even offer me a credit to come back at a later date. Overall horrible customer service experience and now I am out $350 and going to a funeral. Lesson here folks: always book refundable because apparently Fairfield inn and suites does not care if a family member drops dead unexpectedly:(
Awful experience. They charged me for an extra night even though I didn't stay an extra night. They refused to fix their mistake. Room was dingy and smelled like smoke.
Service was ok but during check in I decided I don’t need daily service. In addition I added “do not disturb” on my door and I still was receiving daily notes that someone wanted to clean my room (why?!??). There was missing shower gel in my bathroom. At the end I see that someone 5 months ago was complaining about ants and my colleague needed to change a room because of ants infestation… so no improvement. It is kind of disappointing because it is newer hotel and looks good.
I want to start off by saying Miguel & general manager Fazil were great. However, last night I had an unfortunate run in with the front desk representative named April. I first called to make sure there were rooms available & I was immediately put on hold for several minutes. After waiting I decided to hang up & book through the Marriott app since I’m a member & thought I’d be quicker. I was already at the location parking lot when I booked through the app & decided to go inside to get details sorted out. I was quickly taken aback by April’s unprofessional tone of voice & rude attitude. She was making faces, rolling her eyes & after she was done vacuuming, she finally asked for my name & confirmation details. She told me I was unable to get a room since I wasn’t able to check in until later that day. I asked if there was anything she could do since I was already there & needed a place to sleep that night. She said no since there were no rooms available & she had already done her audit for the night. I left deeply upset, frustrated & exhausted from April’s dismissive & unhelpful answer. I hope proper actions are taken against April. This is not someone you want to have interacting with customers as they first come into a Marriott establishment. To April- if you hate your job please work on your attitude & find another.
Safe location and off the highway. We were greeted by staff when checking in and felt welcomed. Breakfast gal stayed on top of things! We were in town for a funeral and came back late and wanted to swim and the desk personnel allowed us in after h
Located close to Highway 99, so it's convenient to get to places to and from here. Next to gas station, and fast food restaurants. The workers are helpful & kind. The rooms are a little bit outdated, so don't expect a nicely decorated room. The A

Tricia was an excellent host from start to finish. Room was perfectly clean. The home was warm and cozy inside and out. Breakfast was 5 stars. Cant wait to stay again.
I've been coming here since I was a little kid. Nice park with plenty of shaded picnic areas. Of course, there's the lake and river. Can't forget about the bike/walk trial. Perfect to take morning walks.
The best gym in Northern California. Has every piece of equipment that you need and the staff along with members are all very polite. A comfortable place to workout. Plus a basketball court and sauna!
