My wife and I reserved our room 6 days in advance. A family member died and we had a funeral to attend where I had been named one of six pallbearers. The day of the funeral we get a message from the app that our room is ready around 7am. We said "great" that would give us a minute to rest after our 2 and 1/2 hour drive. So we leave. We get to the hotel and the lady at the front desk tells my wife the room is not ready and will not be ready for another hour. Then tries to tell my wife the app said to call and check to see if the room was ready. Offended my wife showed her where the app says the room is ready. We have to be at the funeral in two hours but we wait for an hour wasting gas and time. After an hour my wife goes back inside and we wait another 20 minutes for her to check the room, before we are able to even pay for our room. But when we try to pay, the hostess tells us she cant take our debit card! So we offer two more and she refuses to take them! Saying we cant accept that kind of card, despite us informing her that we are (were) frequent customers and have used these very cards to pay in the past. Furious as we are leaving my wife asked if its going to charge her card when we cancel, the hostess responds no, we cant take those cards. With less than an hour until the funeral we had to find a whole other hotel! Needless to say were very late to the funeral. And what a surprise, the next morning we had an $80 dollar charge on our card! In my opinion that proved the hostess lied about not being able to take the cards. We have never used any other form of payment with this company. Me and my wife called the next morning demanding our money back, we were told someone's authorization was needed for a refund and they would call us back in a couple hours. They never did so we called again. This time we were told we would be getting refunded. That has not happened yet. We have always had good experiences with this brand but we may never stay with them again.

Conveniently located just beyond the perimeter of the Little Rock International Airport with ample free parking, and a shuttle to the airport if needed. The hotel gym was adequate for a workout, and the lobby is spacious. Moreover, the room was clean, and the staff at the front desk helpful and friendly. Nothing is walkable from the hotel, but Downtown Little Rock is a short ten-minute drive, and a supermarket and a Waffle House are short five-minute drives in opposite directions. If you want to be close to the airport to catch an early morning flight, then this is an ideal reasonably priced hotel.

I can’t speak to the rooms or location, but the service has been horrible. I stay in a hotel well over 100 nights every year, this year alone I’m already over 80 and it’s barely half through and I am a Titanium member. I booked this hotel, and in less than 2 hours swapped to the Marriott in downtown Little Rock instead. I have to use the booking service through my company to book hotels and I booked and cancelled in the less than 24 hour window. So I fell victim to the cancellation fee. Even though I booked at another Marriott. This I have an issue with anyways, but they said if I cancelled with them directly they could have waived the fee. What I learned about this is that even though they are all Marriott hotels, the corporate customer service can’t override the actual hotel management. So they would not refund the night because I didn’t call them directly to cancel. After multiple calls and struggling with paying twice for the same nights stay, rules are rules and technically I was wrong. Still is that deserving of 1 star, no it is my fault in the end, why they get the one star is that I still have not received a receipt for the charge. Even after they told their corporate customer service they would send it. The dealing with the management at this hotel is why they get the 1 star. I usually stay at Hilton or Marriott hotels, and this year I have stuck to Marriott Only, yet this is by far the worst experience with any hotel management I have ever had. Sorry for the book, but maybe this will get their attention and get me a receipt!

This is a pretty decent hotel in Little Rock. Of course it is very humid there, but that's not their fault, LOL. Lots of parking and though it is by the Clinton Airport, there is not a ton of noise pollution. The rooms are nice and the furniture is very modern. Plenty of places to hang up your clothes and a lot of open space. The TVs are LG and a decent size. The air conditioning works well and I was comfortable through the night. The bathroom is decent. The towels are larger than normal, which is nice since a lot of them time hotel towels are too small. The shower has a door, and I know a lot of places are going to a doorless shower. I am indifferent. The toilet doesn't flush very well, you have to hold the handle down for a couple of seconds. There are pump-style dispensers (shampoo, conditioner, soap) in the shower, which is a horrible idea that a lot of hotels are now using. The reason being is that there is no quality-control with this system. Guests have been known to open up those dispensers and put all sorts of stuff in there. I refuse to you them. In fact, I now carry my own soap with me which I used in most hotels because of the fact that they are going to these dispensers. In short, get rid of them and go back to individual soap and shampoo. It may be a little bit more expensive, but it is worth it. There is coffee throughout the night which is a MUST. I like that about Marriott hotels. I have only come across a couple of them who do not do coffee throughout the night. The eating area in the morning was not crowded, around 7:30 AM. There was eggs, real sausage, and real Canadian bacon. That's a big deal because there's a lot of hotels that go to chicken sausage or some other kind of subpar meat. There's a good selection of yogurt and milk, as well as juice. There is a waffle maker, and although I did not you that there were a couple of people who found that helpful. It is a pretty quiet atmosphere and the staff seems pretty attentive. The cleaning service lady saw me standing at the elevator and said good morning. I know that may seem small, but that is a big deal in today's world where hospitality has gone by the wayside. Every management staff should be made to read "The New Gold Standard: 5 Leadership Principles for Creating a Legendary Customer Experience Courtesy of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company," by Joseph A. Michelli and raise the bar. The exercise room was clean and had towels and disinfecting wipes. The equipment was new and it was well put together. A lot of hotels let this part of the hotel get nasty and broken. I was happy that this one is well-maintained. All in all this is a good hotel. Marriott has been getting better over the years. They seem to make upgrades to their rooms and other parts of the hotel on a consistent basis. I know it's difficult because there is a lot of wear and tear in this industry. I am a Marriott rewards member and I am happy to be one.

This is a reasonably well located Fairfield Inn near a Little Rock Airport. That said there is very little around this hotel of much interest other than the airport. The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are OK. Be careful as some of the air conditioning units do not work, after waiting for three hours for my air conditioning to cool the room I went downstairs and asked for help. Maintenance is not on site until the morning so they offered to change my room. The conversation however, was quite difficult, and I was surprised at the reluctance to help accommodate. As for other services at the hotel, the on-site staff was marginally helpful. Breakfast was poorly maintained. After about an hour, most of the food has been picked through and not replaced. In general if you have to stay in this area, you can stay here, but I would recommend other options.

Good location, but that’s about the only thing that’s decent about it. You’re welcomed to a fried fish smell in the lobby that never goes away. I was given 2 room keys, only 1 worked. Room was dingy and although we had a suite for 5 people that was indicated in my reservation, we had only 3 towels to which I was told “get one from the housekeeping in the hallway.” Final straw was a housekeeper walking in our room around 10:15am on 7/7/24 after giving a half a knock with no time to respond before just coming in. When I called the front the desk, the sarcastic lady who working stated “we need the room.” Even though we aren’t scheduled to check out until noon? Was made to feel rushed and treated as an inconvenience instead of a Marriott Bonvoy member by staying through my actual time allowed. Would never stay here again.

Stayed the night here to fly out of Little Rock Airport. The room was emaculate. The bathroom, very clean. The bathtub even shined! The gentleman that checked us in, TC, was so nice and very helpful. He is an asset to this hotel. Always smiling. I will definitely stay here again!

Hotel seems ok for the 20 minutes that I was there. I was forced to purchase a room due to a delayed cargo flight with Southwest Airlines. It turned out that I did not need the room as the flight was canceled. I found this out 15 minutes after getting my room key/card. I was denied a refund 15 minutes after I purchased the room. I turned the key in and left. Room purchased at 11:38am and ke handed back before 12. My wife called to ask why no refund and she was called a Stupid "B" by the head manager( a black man and race doesn't matter, just being clear) and was hung up on twice. The girl behind the counter said they would have this review removed if it was posted. I will continue to repost this review. This is the 100% truth about my experience.
