Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, roomy & quiet. LOVED that there was no carpet on the floors, & the floors were clean. Staff was friendly & responsive to requests. The AC unit kept the entire room a very comfortable temp, esp considering how hot and humid it was outside. The pool looked very inviting, so hopefully, next time, we'll get to enjoy it. Love the fact that it's a covered pool w sitting areas nearby, but it's still outdoors w access to a nice outdoor area w sitting areas also.

This started out to be a little bit of an upsetting check in as we arrived around 3am on the night of our reservation and Marriott cancelled our reservation without any notice but Carl(I believe was his name) was able to get us a room with a late check out and was absolutely FANTASTIC! He was everything we expect from a Marriott, kind, courteous, accommodating, just absolutely WONDERFUL! The room is clean and comfortable. Now we just have to wait to see it the extra charge drops from our card. But after a 12 hour drive out here we were so happy with the service we received.

The room in which we stayed in was very humid. Getting into bed I felt the sheets very moist. Also the room had a little bit of a funky smell to it. The service was outstanding, the people were very nice and the breakfast was pretty good. Over all not a bad place.

The property was decent but the real Rockstar was Jupiter and the other front desk staff. I have never had staff work so hard to make sure I was accommodated. There was an issue with cleanliness and she fix it and then some. The staff the next morning was equally friendly and accommodating.

Marriotts are always the go to for trips but this one did not live up to its name. Moisture is terrible in the rooms and you constantly felt sticky. The floor was dirty and we had to place towels all over the floor. Shower was very outdated. Don’t be fooled by the photos, this renovated Marriott is not what it looks like. Not to mention they do not have any baby cribs or pack n plays. I was at a different Marriott night before and had zero issues there.

I'm not sure why these people got on here and completely lied on these reviews, however this property is a complete old MESS to say the least. Upon arrival from driving 5 hours in needed to use the restroom of course, to go to the one closest to the from desk it was stool on the toilet seat. Toilet paper all over the floor, looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. After not using the restroom, I went to finish checking in, after graphically explaining to David he acted as if he was shocked. I made it to my room where the refrigerator didn't work the air wasn't cooling properly, trash in the trash can, dirty face towels hanging on the shower rod, the hallway carpet looks like its been the same since the hotel was built. I made all of my concerns known to DAVID and he was very nonchulant attitude, and stated they we're full. I seached for a better room and nothing was open. After sending an email to the property guess who responded to me? Yup you guessed it DAVID with the same template that I've seen from another location about a year ago. I will never and I do mean NEVER visit this location again.

I had a bad experience. The room I selected on the reservation was not the one. It was just a plain king bed with Very soft pillows & the mattress was so worn out that we rolled to the middle of bed. The under sheet had a very hard stain. We got there late so we just slept over the sheets for a few hours not. The tub needs to have inside protection it's so slippery I had to put inside a towel to avoid a fall. Never had I experienced a bad stay very unhappy for our weekend celebration!

I have stayed at various franchise locations I was very dissatisfied with the structure building of the property. The hallways are narrow and cramped. The elevator is tiny. Felt a tiny home almost. My room felt like it was designed for a tiny or small person. The toilet sat very low. The shower and tub felt claustrophobic. My room is wasn’t thoroughly clean. Bathroom and walls needs deep cleaning. House keeping kept knocking at the door before 11, interpreting my stay. Hopefully they clean and prepare better for the next guest. Breakfast was decent. Same as every other location. Gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and professional.
