Fairfield Inn & Suites Kenosha Pleasant Prairie - Hotel in Pleasant Prairie - 10601 120th Ave, USA

I stayed at this location a couple of days ago and every time I have stayed here it's always a really good experience and would recommend it to anyone. The room is spotless and breakfast is solid as well. During my last stay Eric the front desk guy welcomed me in and recommended a perfect pizza spot in town. He took his time during check-in and didn't make me feel rushed to get to my room; he also explained the hotel's amenities very clearly. Overall amazing customer service throughout the night and I would want him to check me in again.

It was our first time in Wisconsin for the Renaissance festival. This location was perfect for getting to and from the fair. It was quiet and comfortable. We came during the world wide technology glitch and Jasmine did an amazing job checking us in quickly and with a smile during what I can only assume was a very stressful time. Everyone we dealt with was extremely pleasant. We will be back!

We stayed here for vacation to Kenosha and for Simmons island state park. Hotel is newly renovated and has clean rooms, comfortable bed and tv in bed area and guest areas as well. Receptionist was very nice to listen and helpful. It has gym facility and complimentary continental breakfast as well. Had a relaxed fun time.

We have been staying here before and after the Bristol Renaissance Faire for at least 4 years now. Super convenient. Staff are always friendly and rooms always clean and comfortable. Shout out to Lori, who we call "the breakfast lady;" she has been there forever and is super efficient and helpful.

The hotel has been updated and was very clean. It was quiet and the heating/cooling worked well. Eric at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. During check in he was very kind and explained the amenities of the hotel. He also went above and beyond during our stay. I was working on school work in the lobby during March Madness when a large group came in to watch the game. Eric asked me if I would like to move to the conference room where it would be much quieter while the group watched the game. Thanks Eric!

The hotel room was very nice and lovely! And I have to give a big shoutout to Tanya who followed my special request (when I booked the room online) to draw a little doodle on the notepad in the room! She followed through and drew DoodleBob, which made for a pleasant surprise since I had forgotten I even made the request! So thank you very much for seeing my message and executing it! (I left a doodle in return as well! Jessica Rabbit will greet whoever happens upon her)

Spoke with staff a few times before arrival to verify a request for adjoining rooms. Perfectly prepared when we arrived. Clean, breakfast was good with hot and cold options. At first we couldn't get any of the lights or outlets to work. My daughter eventually noticed a small plaque by the switch at the door about a master switch. I almost always stay at Marriott, and I've never seen this before. Thst switch had to be on for anything else to work. I think staff should have mentioned this at check in. Would have saved us some frustration.

Jasmine was fantastic! She was very attentive during my complaint of stained/dirty sheets. ||She also found my 8 year olds phone and had it ready for me at the front desk when we turned around to come back and get it. She is a great asset to this hotel. I would have given a MUCH lower rating if not for her.
