**Great Experience with Room for Enhancement** Our one night stay was a nice experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt new, complemented by the cheerful melodies of bluebirds in the parking lot – a charming touch of nature. The warmth and helpfulness of the hosts during check-in and check-out added a personal touch to our stay. Our room provided a sanctuary of tranquility, offering a clean level of comfort that exceeded expectations. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the shower was a delightful indulgence, contributing to the overall relaxation. We were able to close the curtains completely for an almost 100% blackout experience. The breakfast was a typical experience with, to name a few things, a full display of nuts and dried fruit for adding to oatmeal or cereal; scrambled eggs, bacon, and a delicious biscuit and sausage gravy. The waffles looked tasty. While the experience was mostly positive, there are a couple of areas where improvements could elevate the guest experience further. The two booths in the dining area, while cozy, would benefit from more accessible seating arrangements, perhaps with redesigned legs to avoid any inconvenience for guests; the eggs could use a stir to avoid separating and sitting in water; and having more fresh fruit than one apple for breakfast would be enjoyable. Additionally, the lighting in the room, hallway, and dining area could be enhanced with the expertise of a lighting designer to create a more inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, our stay was characterized by comfort, hospitality, and the serenity of a lovely bit of unexpected nature in an otherwise industrial setting tucked away on the side of a highway. I look forward to returning and experiencing any improvements that may further enhance the guest experience.

We had a fine experience a this hotel. We were just driving through and stayed the night. Everything was fine. Breakfast was good. My only complaint would be the mattresses, as I think they need replacing, and also it would have been nice to have had 4 pillows on each bed (there were 3). We didn't experience any of the problems others have complained about and felt like we got a good deal on this hotel room (15,000 points for the night).

The clean room, the employees and the location were perfect! The experience was what we were expected and would absolutely stay here again. Also, the rooms appear to be newly upgraded! Oh and the breakfast and all day coffee is always a perk. 5stars!

We thought the room was just fine and met our needs. We were happy with the value because we only had to pay 15,000 points for the room. The lobby area seemed recently updated. Our room was fine, although the mattresses need to be replaced. Breakfast was good.

This property seems to be getting run down. The bathrooms in the common area are full of rusty fixtures. They also are not stocked with paper towels or soap. The elevator was shaking violently when we rode it to our floor. The pool has a greenish hue to it and appears to have sand in the bottom of it. This hotel has 1 working ice machine for the whole hotel on the top floor. The breakfast was less than appetizing. In the afternoons on the weekend, you could flip a coin as to if anyone was going to be at the front desk to help you.

We stayed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night. The room was clean. Stood in the lobby for over 20 minutes to check in as no one was at the desk or in the office. Also during our stay after the initial check in, there was only one time that an employee was at the front desk. Our key cards worked for only 1 day at time. We had to keep trying to find someone to activate them each day. And then there was breakfast. Saturday there were a few eggs and sausage, no milk, juice, or fruit. On Sunday there were a few cartons of yogurt, bread, and juice; nothing hot. And on Monday, nothing at all other than a few packaged muffins. Very disappointed with this location. Have stayed here in the past but will not in the future.

I wish I read the reviews before booking this hotel. Property is poorly managed resulting in an awful stay. Tvs not working in multiple rooms, water stains on ceiling throughout building, and hair found in shower.

Do not stay here. The bathroom floors are clearly not cleaned well. The elevator shakes and seems very unsafe. The stairs appear like they haven't been vacuumed for weeks. The photos on the Marriott app look good but don't be deceived. Very disappointed in this property!
