Dead bug in the bathroom. If there is a dead one, how many live ones are around. Sign says house phone, but it is not there. Sign says ice machine, but it is not there. Bed is OK, but pillows are lacking. The curtains did not work well. The shears were too long snd not connected to the closer wand. I was not able to get the blackout curtains to close correctly so i had light in the room all night. Had to put the room at 66 to finally get the room temperature down to where it was comfortable. Not going to be first choice in the future
There are standout people in life that deserve acknowledgement for their service.Gm jamie, Nicole, kitty , Kristy Lindsey and others. These employees present a family feel approach to their jobs. Top to bottom excellent! Food, cleanliness, quality of customer service and all around great atmosphere. Their commitment to provide the best experience for consumers is truly refreshing.
Nice hotel in a good location for traveling. Everyone we spoke with was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained. We will definitely stay there again when passing through Jonesboro.
My wife and I stayed while passing through 08/07/24- hotel was clean, though a little dated it seems but clean! TV had more channels than any other hotel I’ve ever been in, gentleman (didn’t get a name) at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming and gave us a complimentary bottle of water.
The room did have a bit of a damp smell however, and breakfast/kitchen employees were complaining loudly about their job while also vaping right over all the food- likely blowing spit everywhere while blowing out the smoke. Kinda gross and unprofessional.
Had an issue with my initial room, fridge not working, and was upgraded to a better room. Desk clerk even came and assisted moving things from one room to the next. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean.
Disappointed that the ingredients for breakfast foods were not available/thrown away. Would have loved a gluten free option. Yogurt or even hard boiled eggs.
I gave this stay a 4 star because breakfast was not good at all, there is a variety but everyone of those was awful. The rooms a very nice, staff is great and hotel was clean, no bed begs or anything like that. Pool was small but great for a quick dip. Outside smoking area was nice, did notice a lot of cracks coming from foundation up the side of building which is kinda concerning, the smell in the room everytime you came in was over powering, did not like that at all it was not a pleasant smell. Very convenient to many locations! Had coffee ready in lobby 24/7 fresh and hot! I would stay again but definitely eat breakfast elsewhere, I would recommend this stay. We got room 122 which is handicap room and the bathroom in here was amazing, so accessible and easy to use, water pressure was great, strong, and very hot!
This hotel is not the one to go to they didn't provide any communication we got to the hotel expecting to play in the pool and we were told the second we got here the front desk lady said that some kids through dumbbells in the pool and broke the pool botton. We called multiple times and they could have told us and yet they didn't. We got to have food for Breakfast and the food was rubbery and dry. The spot they served it was gross. I have pictures for show. There were hols in the sheets, and carpets there was bugs too. The trash can hole for the growing away was so tiny that people just put there food scraps on the counter. This is not a good hotel.
Positive: This was a very nice room, great staff, but the reason I picked this hotel so i could swim and relax. Upon arrival we were told the pool was down for, as in completely broke, and a new one needed to take its place. It's been down for 2 weeks. Negative: Your site should say no pool, because it's permanently broken.
Loved this downtown apartment for our short stay in Jonesboro. The place itself was perfect-nicely but simply decorated, had everything that we needed, including dishwasher and washing machine soap.

You hear about southern hospitality all of the time but Iâve never truly experienced it like I did for a 1-night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro.
Upon using the app to book two adjoining rooms, I was having issues. I called the hotel directly a
The prices are about what you'd expect. If you want cheap, go to Amazon or Walmart. But, the quality has been amazing. Even the products I didn't prefer, I could see others liking. And the products I do get have been proving to be exactly what I need
We love our hot tub. The buying experience was easy. The team showed us everything to help us make the best decision. They came out and made sure it fit properly in our space before the purchase. During the install, they also made sure we knew how to
Austin is amazing with the younger students, he and his staff are constantly encouraging, and guiding them. I have been so impressed with his commitment to teaching the young students how to not only deal with physical bullying, but how to be positiv
The service here is outstanding and the food is great. Definitely check out. They go above and beyond. Thanks for fitting me in when you were suppose to be closed for an event. I really appreciate. See ya next week!
I love this place! My boyfriend and I will probably return here as our usual lunch spot. There arenât a lot of different, casual places in Jonesboro. This place definitely took first prize! The staff is so sweet, accommodating, and genuinely makes
We always love stopping by here to let the kids run. The playground is large with a variety of options, trending to older kids, but my toddler manages just fine. I love the red seat style swings. Also, during the summer, on weekends, the snow cone tr
Wonderful food and quick service, what more could you ask for? How about putting it into an outdoor complex with other restaurants, throw in lots of seating and a variety of games, and the occasional live band!

This was our first time visiting Casa Blanca, so it's really just an initial impression. We stopped in for a quick lunch. The complimentary chips and salsa were very good. I had a burrito and taco combination plate, and my wife had the tacitos. The f
