Fairfield Inn & Suites Jefferson City - Hotel in Jefferson City - 3621 W Truman Blvd, USA

We had to change our reservations 3 times due to a family emergency. Every time I called the staff was very kind and helpful. We weren’t charged for the changes. Then, after we arrived, we had to extend our stay and again they were helpful and made sure we had a room. Rooms are very small with no where for sitting comfortably. The breakfast buffet was nice. We really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy.

Worked perfect for us for a one night stay! This location is near the mall and easy to find. Lobby was clean, indoor pool was standard, breakfast was good but typical and the room was perfect for what we needed. Thanks for a nice stay!

I recently stayed here and frequent the Jefferson City area for work travel. After check out, I realized I had left a set of headphones in the room. The staff were wonderful about reaching out and made sure my items were quickly shipped back home to me. Huge thank you too the staff that helped me!

Surround for refrigerator looked like a dog chewed off the one corner. A male worker wanted to follow me into the room after check in to clean the carpet, told him no. Room faced the street and road was noisy. Breakfast was good. Key card did not work for side entry door.

We stayed there five nights and housekeeping was never offered. I had to request fresh towels and empty our wastebaskets myself. Though front desk and housekeeping were helpful on check-in in finding a shower chair for my wife, it was tight maneuvering in the bathroom and had to be shuffled Around as the door was open and closed. Also, ants were frequently observed on the desk. We killed three or four a night. Another challenge was loud creaking from the ceiling from the guests above who seemed to be walking about much of the night. They weren't walking heavily, but just walking at all created, loud creaking noises that disturbed our sleep. It's like the floorboards need to be screwed down.

I spent 4 weeks at this hotel for work purposes. I ended up in 5 different rooms during this time because i had to go home in th middle of on of the weeks for 1 night. I can tell you that it is very clean. I can also tell you a few other things: the beds are all extremely firm. The TVs in the rooms are tiny. They do not have a water softener and the shower heads are all caked with lime, so it prevents the shower heads from spraying properly. It took forever to rinse the shampoo/conditioner from my hair. The hot water does not get hot enough. Twice while I was in the shower the hot water ran out. Very few staff members will greet you or even acknowledge you. I was told that they did not do housekeeping unless you called the front desk and asked for the service, yet housekeeping came n the room anyway unless you kept the "do not disturb" sign on the door. I will ask my company not to book me there again.

Clean hotel, good breakfast. Coffee is good. Shower was nice and room was clean. The bed was pretty soft and hard on the back. Good location right off 50 highway. Here for ball tournament. Parking is fine! I would stay here again if needed. Close to hyvee and places to eat.

We have family in the area and needed something close. This hotel is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. The check-in experience was quick and convenient. Every staff member was amazing, from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Our room was a king suite, which was a little smaller than other Marriott suites we’ve had, but was very clean and comfortable. We appreciate the ice machine working our whole stay, since we drink a lot of ice water and filled our cups often. Breakfast was good and offered both hot and cold options, which we appreciate. We would definitely stay here again!
