Fairfield Inn & Suites Greenville - Hotel in Greenville - 908 Moye Blvd, USA

I am quickly becoming a fan of the Fairfield brand. They seem to know what to offer and how to maximize the footprint regardless of the size of the location. My stay here and at the Washington location were both amazing. Great value, spectacular service. Awesome accommodations 10 out of 10

Greeley was amazing!!! I called towels to my room and he came up within 1 minutes. His customer service was amazing!! I would come back just because of him. He makes the hotel feel like a home.

Employees were sitting around smoking right outside the front door when we checked and again at checkout. Front desk check was lethargic and unfriendly. Felt like I was bothering the guy just being there. Overpriced for location and quality. Fight in the back parking lot happened about 11:30pm, right under our window. Hallways were noisy until 1am. Upside - room was decent and clean. Breakfast was included and kept tidy and stocked. Food was above average for hotel bar breakfast. Would not repeat this stay and I’m a Marriott loyalist. In fact, I chose this over a cheaper property nearby out of brand loyalty. I was assigned. A room right at the elevator and the ice maker, despite my reservation request to be EXACTLY NOT near those. Buyer be warned. This will be run down like the rest of Greenville soon enough.

Hotel and staff were great, but we booked two double beds and when we arrived we received a king bed room. Since there were 3 of us traveling, it was a bit challenging. No solutions were offered. ||Rooms appeared newly renovated and clean. Bathroom was large and tidy.

So... I rarely do reviews BUT to be one of the more expensive hotels in town people need to know what they're getting. Night 1 we were checking out the bathroom and noticed the shower really hadn't been cleaned (pink mold) nothing to sound the alarms about. Night 2.... we were gathering up some stuff and my husband finds a pair of dirty women's underwear under the chair In the room (wasn't mine) .. so obviously the room was not cleaned very well before we got there.... Night 3.... we came in from a long day, sat down to eat and then to our surprise there's a roach just casually climbing down the wall... Housekeeping should come every other day per their own admission, but in fact house keeping didn't come even 1 day while we were there.... so dirty towels for 3 days, plus trash over flowing was never touched, we had to go downstairs daily to request towels... This place was definitely not worth the money we paid, we would not stay there again.

If you are a business and are looking to book here PLEASE DO NOT. First off they require CC authorization forms, which isn’t an issue i get it. The issue is the form isn’t automatically sent out and apparently only managers can send them again no issue. The issue is it’s hard to get in touch with them, so if you arrive before they send the authorization form. Guess what? You have to put a CC down on file, this comes off very scammish! I have booked once before for a tech. I asked if a CC authorization was required i was told no. My tech arrives and it turns out one was needed! So that was issue one! Second issue is i booked with them again. To give them a second chance I’ve called two days in a row trying to get a manager to request a CC authorization form. My tech arrives Monday and it hasn’t been sent and they are continually giving me the run around saying Eric is there when he isn’t. Or Javier was there instead of Eric! This is disappointing, an inconvenience and i do not recommend booking with them. 😊❤️ Not to mention the front end staff is rude and incompetent!

The Fairfield Inn and Suites was an excellent hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable! The walk-in shower was spacious as well, and easy for me to use as an disabled individual! Finally, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the continental breakfast was very well stocked and had a lot of options! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I will be back!

Stayed here Sept. 22 and breakfast was not ready at 6:30 am as advertised. Staff working the kitchen was slow because at 6:45 food was still not ready. We stayed here again last night and will NEVER stay here again. No hairdryer in room, couldn't get the mini refrigerator to work. Breakfast at 7:25am was terrible. Food was completely out, coffee cold, no silverware or plates. Simple things like condiments, nuts, bagels were completely empty. Alerted the kitchen staff and he had an attitude. Went to the front desk to speak with the manager and he was just as bad. This is not what I am used to at a Fairfield Inn. AVOID this place because they just don't care.
