Fairfield Inn & Suites Fresno Clovis - Hotel in Clovis - 50 N Clovis Ave, USA

So happy we chose to stay here, our stay started with a friendly greeting at the desk and with everyone we saw during our stay! They had excellent touches that made the difference, cool flavored water in the lobby and the best pool we stayed at for our vacation! the room was spacious, and the fridge worked perfectly! Breakfast was tasty and the coffee was perfect! Popular option for business travelers and the location made it easy to get to the airport, but a good distance so no noise from planes! Will stay here again the next time we are in town.

It's a good Fairfield Hotel. The door configuration with the bathroom door and the front room door is a little bit awkward. But on the plus side it's clean, the bathroom is nice, the lobby is nice and the breakfast is high quality. The outdoor pool is actually pretty nice and clean is isn't too heavy on the chlorine and was kept at a good temperature for the day. Your options for food in the walking area aren't great, but you do have Sprouts within walking distance and a few other good food options that I did not have time to try.

Nice staff, clean hotel with breakfast included. Room was slightly small but main downside (in this day-and-age) was the lack of USB charger included outlets. Add those outlets to the room (relatively inexpensive update) and I’ll give it 5 stars. Great location as the exceptional rail trail for walking/running/biking is right out the back door! 👍

The hotel itself is huge and there is plenty of parking space. Rooms are outdated but fine for a night. The location is considered to be safe, however we saw a few weirdos not far away from our window. We requested another room, “anything but first floor” the host lied they are “fully booked”. Girl, there are plenty of rooms available on booking, what are you talking about? Breakfasts are very common: bacon, eggs, coffee.

For being labeled a 2 star hotel on google this was quite nice, I’d say it’s more of a 3 star. Not super fancy but the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Pool was open and had some plant matter in it, but it’s windy here and the water itself was clean. It’s much harder to find an outdoor pool in Clovis than I would’ve thought, so very grateful for it! All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall I would definitely visit again!

Customer Service here is absolutely terrible. I will tell everyone I know who travels to Clovis to never book here. Front desk attendants have bad attitudes and will call you accusing you of not paying a bill even though the money has been deducted from your bank account. Instead of trying to solve the issue, it’s followed with an extremely rude attitude. I will never spend my money here again. Oh and might I add there was a mysterious miscellaneous charge from them on my account and when I asked what it was for, they weren’t able to justify the charge. Be cautious when booking here. I feel as if I was robbed by “Jorge” and I wish I got the ladies name. She wasn’t wearing her name tag. Probably so she can try to avoid getting complaints for giving horrible customer service. I’d rather stay at a cheap dirty motel instead of this place after experiencing that. Never again.

Clean, modern room. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and cheerful from check in to breakfast to check out. Highly recommend. Will definitely return when we travel to the area. Fairfield’s aren’t the Ritz Carlton obviously, but I’ve stayed in hundreds of Fairfield’s and this is definitely one of the best.

Rating: 4.3/5 Short Review: Clean hotel, nice and attentive staff you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a place to stay nearby old town Clovis you should consider this hotel! Long Review: Location: off the freeway has good access to downtown Clovis, nothing spectacular from a view standpoint but you can see the mountains so that was a plus Staff: they were very attentive and kind, we had called to try to check in early and they were very helpful when we arrived! Services was great! Price / amenities: the price for 1 night was to be expected, $150 but the hotel does have amenities like a pool and some workout equipment as well as a free continental breakfast so those are always added bonuses! Room: we stayed in a double queen suite, the room itself was alright, just beds, bathroom a little closet, tv dresser and a desk. overall very clean nothing squeaky or broken and everything worked, minor cosmetic stuff but not a deal breaker in anyway. Walls were a bit thin though we didn’t run into problems but could be challenging if you have a bad neighbor Beds: Beds were comfy nothing jaw dropping but you can sleep! Bathroom: Shower was good (water temp and pressure were fine) the drain for us was broken but not the end of the world everything worked fine, maybe the one harp was the door to the bathroom was large and did not stay open, it always swung closed so that was a bit annoying. Overall thoughts: Other than the walls being a tad thin and the bathroom door being a slight hinderance, I would stay here again absolutely! Price was alright, room was clean and the staff were great!
