Fairfield Inn & Suites Franklin - Hotel in Franklin - 350 Paris Dr, USA

Very nice clean hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean. They had a nice breakfast with hot food, cereal, toast, English muffins, fruit and lots of hot coffee. The staff, very welcoming. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay again

Breakfast was terrible. Old brown banana, Jimmy Deans wrapped sandwiches in a warmer. Yogurt. A couple juice options. Coffee but they were missing creamers and stir sticks. I wasn’t expecting much but I mean… There might have been a few bagels? But that was about it.

We booked several nights here and sorry we did. The pool was closed the entire stay which was important to our stay, the dining area was a disaster with trash cans overfilled with garbage for extended time and tables not wiped down and food all over the floors, breakfast was not restocked and at a minimum so we didn't have breakfast, room smelled of a rotting milk carton that was left on the window sill. Smoking staff at the doorways entrances was unprofessional. Very disappointed in this location as we have had good luck with other Fairfields we have stayed at, especially for the high cost per night, you'd expect some signs of a quality stay. We're returning to the area again in 2 weeks and won't be booking here, that's for sure.

Main issue, getting punked at breakfast. I was there for 9 days, and day one the milk was sour for the coffee. The next mornings were okay, bc mini bottles of milk were available. Then I noticed that every morning, less and less of breakfast items were available. As if they stocked day 1, and had no resupply for a week😂. The room was nice; however, the quiet left when guests showed up in the adjacent room. It’s not that the guests were loud, it’s that the walls are thin. Case in point, we could hear the plumbing run through the walls.

I recently had to cancel my reservation at Fairfield Inn and was assured of a full refund if done within the specified timeframe. However, despite canceling in time and providing the cancellation number to Marriott Bonvoy, I have yet to receive my prepayment refund. This lack of reimbursement is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on Fairfield Inn's customer service and business integrity. Such disregard for promised refunds is unacceptable and has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience. I urge potential guests to beware of this issue when considering booking with Fairfield Inn Franklin.

Room was clean but extremely cold when we got in it. Service was not personable and was slow. Bed slept really good. Breakfast was not really good.

Great experience. Only issue I had was with the water in the room. The pressure was low to medium and after a while the water had a certain smell. Other than that service was great and location was perfect.

Stayed here on my way from Michigan to Alabama. Location was perfect. Right off the interstate. Rooms were very clean, and the property looks to have been recently renovated or recently opened. Staff is very friendly and professional. In fact, I woke early on my checkout day to get on the road and didn't realize till I got home in Alabama I'd left my pillow in the room. I called the property, and they were able to locate it and ship it to me. You don't see this level of service at the lower end of hotels, except for Marriot properties. Well done. Will recommend and stay here again when I pass through.
