Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth Southwest at Cityview - Hotel in Fort Worth - 4880 Citylake Blvd E, USA

The hotel was clean, and the staff friendly. Our room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent - eggs, potatoes, breakfast meat, waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, various breads and a small selection of fruit. We especially enjoyed the Texas shaped waffle maker. ||The pool is very small and indoors. There is a nice fitness room. ||We stayed 5 nights and will definitely stay here again. It was conveniently located.

After arriving at nearly 11pm, walked into my room and hit with a wall of smoke. Went back downstairs and was told they had no more single king rooms available but could upgrade to two queens. This seemed ridiculous, so I went back to my smoky room and went to bed. The room overall also seemed very worn out. The carpet was coming up in several spots, weird stains on the walls and the bed sheets looked a little bit used. AC was also louder than usual. Only reason I'm giving this two stars instead of one is because of the breakfast. It was genuinely really good. The hotel overall seems very worn and tired.

I love this location. I travel often and always look forward to my stays here. The staff is friendly and responsive. They stock a plate in the lobby with small snacks in the afternoons. The rooms are updated with USB charging ports and large showers. Nearly every room has a view of either the lake or the green belt. There is no road traffic, so every room is quiet.

Stayed here, May 13, 2024 with a Rewards Night. This is a newer Fairfield. The Rooms are large, exceptionally clean, the staff went over and beyond excellent service. This hotel is near Costco, restaurants, stores and the mall. My husband I love the no pet policy. I definitely will stay here again. We are a senior couple and need a luggage cart. The Staff retrieved a luggage cart someone left on another floor. It appears there is only one. An additional luggage cart would be nice.

Stayed here for work. The front desk staff is very kind. The rooms were clean. Room service is provided daily. Breakfast is okay, could be improved. The location is convenient to plenty of dinner options and there’s a Target/Costco as well. I would recommend staying here.

Quite location, very clean, comfortable bed, outdoor patio. ||Stayed here one night passing through and we were very pleased with our stay. Alex working the front desk was very friendly and spoke to everyone coming and going. Very helpful guy. ||The location is great for stores and restaurants. Slept very soundly and would definitely stay here again in the future.

My husband and I stayed as a part of a group playing in a golf tournament. On the morning of our check-out I walked outside to find our car had been broken into overnight. I spoke to the desk clerk about surveillance cameras and she said the only person who could help me was the manager, Dion, who was off that day. I left my number with her and asked that she have him call me. I called the hotel two days later, after not receiving a call-back and spoke to the front desk rep concerning the surveillance camera’s once again. She informed me that I had to call the police (which I did immediately following the discovery of the break-in) and the hotel would provide the information to whatever detective was assigned to the case. I replied to the representative that she seemed versed in these matters and that break-ins on the property must happen often. She didn’t reply. I left my number and asked, once again, for the manager to call me back. I spoke to the manager, Dion, later that morning. He came off as very rude and condescending, especially considering the damage to my car on the hotel property. He basically told me the hotel was not responsible and they had no obligation to do anything in the matter. I let him know that as a Titanium Elite member of Marriot (meaning I had over 75 night stays at Marriot properties last year) I have not encountered his lack of quality customer service before. I do not recommend the property for the safety of your vehicle and the substandard customer service provided by Dion, the on-site manager.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Worth Southwest at Cityview is the nicest hotel I have been to in a long time. The best location for viewing the city, food, entertainment, Target and Costco in close proximity. Main Event and Pluckers are in the same parking lot. ||The parking lot is safe and well lit. I was greeted with a smile by Alex when I entered the hotel. The hotel smelled clean and fresh when you first enter the door. Easy check in process. ||When i was going to my room, the GM Deon Gordon was cleaning rooms and making sure all rooms were cleaned before the guest check in. I had to personally commend him on how good the hotel smelled even as you go to your room. As most of us know, some hotels have this musty old carpet smell but that was not the case. ||The rooms are roomy and mine even had a pull out couch which made our room comfortable for two adults and two kids. The room came with a microwave and a refrigerator which is always needed. ||if you are in the Fort Worth area, I highly recommend this hotel. ||Thanks Deon Gordon for all the work you do to make my stay one of the best.
