I stay at Marriott hotel ALL the time. I am a property manager and this chain is all we stay in. At 11:20 I came in to check in my hotel and your front desk clerk by the name of James told me my reservation was canceled. I was very confused because as Frequent guest at Marriott this has never happened to me before. James then proceeded to tell me that You do this all the time when a card does not go through on file We have fraud protection on my Navy Federal credit Union. There was no transaction that tried to go through and usually when we get here, we put the card on file when we get here. I have a video recording of your front desk agent James being completely rude. I feel completely discriminated against. I simply told James that nobody called my phone when he explained that a 3 to 11 employee called my phone to see if I was still checking in. He proceeded to say what are you calling me a liar I’m not checking you in you can leave. I am utterly appalled and will make sure that everybody sees this video on how your front desk clerk has treated a guest we have stayed here many of times from our trip from Colorado. I work in the property management, industry, and military, and have never been treated as such. My husband simply tried to explain to him that no one tried to give us a call, and he kept saying you guys can leave. We were not being hostile. There was no voices being raised. He had no right to talk to us the way that he did the only reason why we decided to stay at this hotel because we’ve been driving 15 hours and here to pick up my five children, and we are exhausted. I will be contacting the corporate office as well as reviews. The situation needs to be rectified as soon as possible. I am never the one to complain, but this is ridiculous. As I watch this video again, this just shows that some people do not need to work in the customer service field. As soon as he started being nasty I started to record with my phone in the desk I am so appalled at the way we were treated tonight and perplexed on how James can even continue to have a job here.

Walked into the room and found bugs in the bathroom shower. Pen scribbled all over the office furniture and a strong smell of cigarettes. We immediately asked for a refund and did not stay there. The clerk told us that it will be fine so we checked out the same day, & now they are refusing to give us our refund even though we clearly checked out, & provided proof that we checked into another hotel with the exact same day. Also, every single manager or guest experience representative we spoke to was extremely rude and did not help the situation at all.

This hotel is pretty average and worn a bit. Definitely needs some updating but provides the basic necessities and it’s clean. Service was nice. Bare bones basic little Continental breakfast offered between 6 and 10 AM. Nice, average, nothing to ride home about. Provides the basic necessities, especially if you’re just passing through traveling.

Front desk staff member was very helpful and friendly. Their system wouldn’t work so could not provide keys and she was having to walk each guest to the room to let them in. My room had stained carpet and a dead fly under the pillow, along with another crawling insect on the other bed. Not impressed asked for a refund and moved to a different hotel altogether.

So this has been one of the best hotel stays ive had in a long time! Everyone has been very accommodating and helpful especially Rao, Alex, and Jourdan. I appreciate Rao for his patience with helping accomadte me with assigning my room I can be a picky queen. The next day i had a issue with the commode and Alex was super friendly and resolved the issue in seconds and it was a bigger room with a sofa and chair and at the end of the hallway. Last but definitely not least Jourdan was also patient with me and allowed me more than enough time to get my room paid for on today because my account was compromised i couldnt access my funds. She was a beautiful person on the inside and out! Plus she gave me info on her nail tech and ive been looking for one so thanks to the entire staff for making my stay a pleasant stay! Shout out to the housekeepers both of the rooms i stayed in were immaculate and the corridors and hallways were always clean..

I will stay away from this place I used to go there ,location is convenient ,but was charged a couple times by mistake on my credit card, manager was very rude and won't refund your money so there are a few choices near by. stay away avoid confrontation with the manager.

Hotel was nice and located very close to gas, food and the highway. On a better note, I left my work iPad behind. It was turned in and shipped back to me within a week. So, it's fair to say the staff are honest and exceptional as well!

We stayed here courtesy of Frontier Airlines. Located 19 minutes from DFW, we didn't even pick this hotel, so it was a blind stay. After some confusion about shuttle services (I still don't know if they offer shuttle service to and from the airport), we did an Über XL to the location. Bit of a ride but a welcome repreve from the Olympic Stadium that is DFW. The exterior was clean, and it looked as if they were updating their landscaping. There were some workers milling about. Check-in was smooth and easy, even though they had no idea we were coming (Airline's fault, not theirs). Both women were very nice, professional, and patient. There was a total of 5 of us. They didn't have a roll away but found us a room; the tv was out of order, but they let us use the bed so we could be comfortable. They even let us get breakfast even though they were just about through with service. A nice selection, even though it was closing time, and they didn't pressure us to move along. The common areas and decor were clean and pleasant. Our rooms were clean, with towels and all the trimmings; Air Conditioning was cold and pretty quiet, comfortable beds and nice pillows, and not too far from the elevator and ice machine. They didn't have a hot tub, but the indoor pool, ranging from 3' to 5' deep and smaller in size, was cool and clean, which is a big deal for us! The sun deck off the pool was a nice touch. While they do have a fitness center, my family and I aren't those kinds of people, so I won't comment on that, but I'm sure it's wonderful. For a completely random stay, I can honestly say this hotel and staff were nothing short of exceptional, and I would happily bring my family here again. Thank you, Fairfield!!
