Fairfield Inn & Suites Fairfield Napa Valley Area - Hotel in Fairfield - 315 Pittman Rd, USA

Me and my Family stayed at this hotel back in July, 2024. It was nice and the staff were very helpful and kind. But, it was the Full Complimentary breakfast that was Awesome!!! There were many choices to eat from. Pam the food manager did a superb job especially with her homemade biscuits and gravy. They were out of this world!!! The breakfast area was well organized and clean. I would certainly stay here again when traveling through this way.

The hotel has spectacular cleanliness and maintenance/house keeping. The rooms were very nice and spacious, two queen beds and a couch that could fold into a queen sized bed. The location is very nice and convenient, it’s near a lot of great restaurants. There’s an awesome pizza joint right next to it, only a min walk. I loved the staff, they were very respectful and professional. I stayed there for about a month and have nothing to complain about. I definitely felt safe, there were no hazards and every room has an in detail escape route for whenever you are in the hotel. Some of the staff members would include Mirasol, Claudia, Joy, Connie, Jag etc.

I booked a couple of rooms for employees that were working on a job close to that hotel. Leah at the front desk was amazing!! She was very helpful and the most polite person I have worked with, with any of the hotels that I have booked for employees. My employees stated that their stay was very nice, and they really enjoyed their rooms. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the Manager Mirasol, and she was just as helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for any of your stays, business or pleasure.

Mirasol, JAGGY, Claudia, Connie, Joy and all the staff felt like family by the time we left. Everyone was kind, professional, and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was phenomenal. The kids really enjoyed the workout room and the pool. While I enjoyed the Hot tub. It was a wonderful stay.

I stay at this hotel on business I wanted to leave a review so the level of service Mrs Marisol and her staff Olga, Christine, Sidney and Jaggy will be acknowledged yes I had to get there names that's how much an impression they have left on me. They are very knowledgeable and professional , and nice. Clean rooms, real variety breakfast/ huge eating area Jaggy and Ms Pam always remembers me at breakfast they are very accommodating,pool and hottub yes it works also a gym.

I stayed for vacation with family for 3 weeks and not once did it disappoint. The breakfast was always great and the staff were very professional and kind. Some of the staff was Marisol, Jag, Christina, and many more that did amazing work . The rooms are very clean and the room service did perfect cleaning. Would definitely recommend.

If you're in the area and looking for the best place to stay, this is the place. The rooms are large, the hotel is almost always quiet and the beds comfortable! Could it get any better? YES, the service I've gotten rivals no other place I've stayed and since I spend 1 night a week (every week) in a hotel, I understand customer service! And if you think it couldn't get any better, introduce yourself to any of the friendly staff, you'll feel just like they are your best friend! Then there's Olga, a dream to deal with, always friendly, always smiling and just a wonderful person!!!! These place should teach a class on customer service, it's that good!

Called them around noon to see if I can get an early check in since my wife was with me and I had to start the job I was in Fairfield to do. The woman said no rooms were ready and to try in a couple of hours. That would be around normal check in time, so my wife just sat in the car while I worked. When we arrived around 6:00 the woman at the front desk asked if we were checking in despite the fact we walked in with luggage. She did not greet us and was not very engaging. When we got to our room we find that they gave us a handicapped room although we didn't request one and we certainly don't appear to have any issues that would make her think that we would need one. The room was very small, had no closet to hang up clothes, only one chair to sit in, light by the sink did not work, and a very loud air conditioner. We were very tired from the drive and the work I did and just wanted to get some rest, so I didn't complain. After a few minutes in the room the door opens and a woman starts walking in, saw us and apologized for walking in, never identifying herself. We, of course were concerned that someone had a key to our room. My wife described the woman and I went to the front desk to tell them what happened. I then see the woman my wife described sitting behind the counter. I told her the least she could have done was identify herself when she walked in. She just apologized. The next morning I was up early to shower and get to work. I took my shower and when finished I opened up the curtains to find water on the floor throughout the entire bathroom. Needless to say it was not safe to walk in there and we had to use the towels to try to soak up the water. I went to the front desk to complain and to ask to get moved to another room. I described to the woman the issue with the bathroom and she said she knows about it. She then said if I wanted to move to another room a few doors down immediately I can do that. I of course said yes. My question was if that room was available at 6:30 in the morning, it must have been available the night before when we arrived. Thankfully the new room was much nicer with closet space, a couch, much larger. I will not be staying here again and will hesitate to stay at a Marriott in the future.
