The hotel is wonderful however they don't clean the rooms everyday. Not sanitary. The food was great except no bacon . No biscuits and no sausage gravy. Jalapeño biscuits what??? Rude staff. So I will say rating of 4.0
This is by far the best hotel south of Little Rock and ideal for travelers especially involved in the local aerospace industries. It is a newer hotel with all the updated tech capabilities and amenities one would expect from the new/upgraded Marriott properties found in larger cities. Amanda and her staff have an amazing Southern hospitality making you feel at home while assisting you in so many ways. And the breakfast varieties are excellent. One word: waffles.
I’m very disappointed by Marriott. I booked a suite for two weeks at Fairfield, and when I showed up they changed my room to a guest room. They never notified me that they changed my room and said there is “nothing they can do.” Do better Marriott because that is unacceptable behavior. Also, you have silverfish bugs, which reproduce fast so definitely get that checked.
This Fairfield in is located north of the downtown area away from many of the other hotels that are southeast of town. This area is lacking in good dining options so we made sure to eat downtown (which was dead on a Sunday evening).||Once again while checking-in I asked about a Gold member upgraded room. The clerk gave a lame excuse about people still having to check in later and did not even look. You could tell she did not want to bother. As I guessed the place was practically empty. In the early morning there were less than 20 cars in the parking lot. I complained to the front desk in the morning and they apologized since I am pretty sure I was right about availability of bigger rooms for an upgrade.||Anyway the hotel is newer and the room and bath were in good shape though the sound traveled through the walls quite easily. This was the third Fairfield Inn stay on this trip with all of them being newer and this one was the first where the walls seemed thin. Also another Marriott property where there were no easy to access outlets bedside!||The breakfast was typical for a FI and the nightly rate was reasonable but they need to do some coaching of their front desk help!
It's clean and the people that work here are great. But they made the stupid design decision to have the air system pull from outside the room. In the winter here there is a lot wood smoke from local heating stoves. It gets sucked right into the room and there is no way to turn the fan off. I went home smelling like a camp fire with a sore throat. Beware if you are staying on the third floor. Lower floors seem fine.
My stay was fantastic. The front desk young lady was awesome and friendly. My room was beautiful and comfortable. I slept almost until check out time. I will stay here again. The inside was beautiful 😍
We travel for work with my husband often and stay at numerous hotels. This hotel stood out, it was clean and the staff was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. Trent was very kind to our family and was able to accommodate transportation for my children and I for outings to explore your beautiful town. Mr. Paul drove us to and from our destination and made sure we got back safe. The lady in the kitchen was also very sweet and made rounds in the dining room before picking up breakfast making sure we were full and didn't need anything else. Thankful for people like your staff and safe places to stay like your hotel while we are away from home.
This hotel is hands down the best service I have ever had at a hotel. Our flight got cancelled on a layover at the local airport. The hotel came and got all 5 of us and got us rooms. They even opened the kitchen and bar back up for us! Kelly and the other lady (didn’t catch her name) were phenomenal, kind, caring, and professional. This hotel better give out some good raises or holiday bonuses to their employees because they deserve it!
We arrived very early, tried to see when we might could check in. I was told they would call us when our room was available. 3 PM comes around, go inside to check in, greeted like they had never spoke with me. We get settled in our room and all we ca
I believe the friendliest people in El Dorado work at the Country Inn & Suites. Super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is the best I've ever had at a hotel.
Just stopped by to ask some questions while I was at the gym. They said they have some good meal replacement smoothies and serve lunch too. I don't know how anything tastes and I forgot to ask the prices. Maybe I should have taken a to go menu....
Good ol' home cookin' and they got the mustard greens right! Pork cutlet, crispy and just right gave me joy. Hot water corn bread wansth icing on the cake! Pick up only is unfortunate but it's worth the discipline to drive home and not sneak in the p
Enjoyed a very delicious lunch today in Norphlet, Arkansas at Cafe 1891. Such a quaint and friendly cafe. Everyone greeted us with big smiles and welcomed us very much to the cafe. Me and my wife enjoyed our lunch tremendously. We will definitely g
This is one of the many places one would not expect to find in a small town. It's free for all over 55 years. They have classes for beginners, experienced & funniest, line dancing for beginners. The machines are in excellent condition & there's some
Went there for the first time today. Service was good, we were seated promptly and our waitress was courteous and prompt. I had the fried cactus with steak chicken and shrimp served in a bowl that appeared to be made of lava and it was just that hot,
I quickly made a u-turn and arrived at Johnny B's, 211 S West Ave, El Dorado, AR. As I salivated over the Fruit Sampler Waffle, I told myself I was eating healthy fruits such as bananas, peaches, strawberries, and blueberries. Although I didn'
