Great location, Very clean hotel and welcoming staff. The staff helped with extra bedding and some other amenities I needed for the babies with a smile on their face. The breakfast area was really clean and so was the room. Will definitely stay again.

The reception is nice. But the rooms have very bad small. Facilities are old never like the photos they published. ACs are noisy. Traffic noise is intolerable even closed windows. Breakfast stopped supply from 09:15 am even 15 minutes to go while they left food treys empty. $250 deposit per room before you can move in, nerve seen this terrible business before.

Rooms had terrible air conditioning to the point that I had to switch rooms. The room I switched to was worse than the first room for a/c. It was 87 degrees my first night so it was definitely warm. I was not impressed. Breakfast was great though and the staff were super nice.

Awesome breakfast lots of choices and friendly helpful staff but air conditioning and cleanliness of the rooms were terrible. I love Fairfield hotels so please focus on cleaning pullout sofas lamps like hidden places and improve air conditioning. Thanks and looking forward for this place to do some upgrades so we c an stay here again.

Uncomfortable bed. The bathtub had quite a bit of someone else's hair in there. The general manager was rude and ineffective. The breakfast was ok but not great. (There were no waffles). The pool continues to be closed. Very bad stay. As a very loyal Marriott Rewards member I advise anyone reading this to stay elsewhere.

We booked because it was the best pricing around. Close proximity to 287, I95 and garden State parkway but renovation work was going on and we had to change rooms the second day due to renovation of the floor. We would have appreciated if we got rooms in a non renovation area the first time we checked in. Pool was under renovation and the rooms were pretty average. Service was good though.

Great breakfast spread with some options for non-meat eaters and some non-dairy options (almond milk). The staff was super friendly and the room was really clean. Bed was very comfortable. I'm grateful that they let me check in a little early.

I've stayed here for four nights. 1. Upon our arrival on Saturday, we were informed by the front desk staff that all the key cards were malfunctioning and only staff keys could be used to access rooms. This issue was expected to be resolved by Monday, which meant that each time we left and returned back to the hotel, we needed a staff member to accompany us to unlock the room. As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, I anticipated a room upgrade, but the staff claimed all room types were the same. However, we knew there were three different room types, and it felt like they were unwilling to offer an upgrade. 2. After unpacking our bags, we discovered the bathroom light was broken. We contacted the front desk and were told we needed to change rooms. At this point, they agreed to an upgrade 🙃, but it meant repacking and moving all our belongings again. 3. During checkout, there was no staff present at the reception. I had to call, and when the staff member appeared, it was clear she had just woken up. We requested the company name to be included on the receipt, but despite three attempts, she misspelled the postal code and address. On the fourth try, she said she couldn't do it correctly. This resulted in a ten-minute wait with no accurate receipt provided. Such a waste of time. 4. Some rooms are renovated some are not but in my opinion after got change to the new room, all are the same. Please expect the carpet. I never expected to receive this kind of service from Fairfield. The staff mentioned that Fairfield is not a full-service hotel, but given the price, I expected a higher standard of service.
