Fairfield Inn & Suites Eau Claire Chippewa Falls - Hotel in Eau Claire - 1666 Princeton Crossing, USA

Such a great hotel! Attentive breakfast staff, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, very clean around hotel grounds, no overflowing trash cans outside! We would stay here again..... As long as it was on the top floor..... Cons of our stay - Pool is very small - it's not a huge deal breaker, the kids still enjoyed themselves. Not much parking - arrived back to hotel at 10pm on Saturday, there were 3 open parking spots left in the back. The exit door in the stairwell was ajar everytime I walked past it (at least 10+ times). So, if you are looking for a secure hotel, this is not it. Don't expect to get any sleep. Whoever was above us was extremely loud all night, Friday and Saturday. I was really frustrated staff offered to move US (out of our suite to a smaller room) instead of taking care of the noise issue. I don't care who is in that room but when I fall asleep at breakfast Saturday morning because I didn't get any sleep and you keep 2 children awake all night partying.... That's just plain ridiculous.

This is a comparatively new hotel just beside the highway and very convenient to roam around Eau Claire. Rooms were spacious and clean. They have complementary breakfast, free parking, fitness center and pool. It’s a very good hotel to stay with family.

We have been staying at hotels the last couple of weeks because of our schedule. We thought this was one of the best hotels we have had in a long time. The hotel is beautiful with nice big rooms and high ceilings. We all loved the shower as it was newly done and nice and large. The breakfast had lots of choices and was fully stocked. The pool is a bit small for a lot of people but worked for my wife and daughter. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. Arriving is extremely easy. It is right off the highway, ample parking. The hotel is modern, has all the technology you can think of. The front desk is extremely professional. I highly recommend this hotel if in the area.

New hotel in a quiet area with easy access to surrounding area! Check in was quick and friendly. Rooms were like new, clean, and fresh. Breakfast attendant was helpful and courteous and options were plentiful. Would stay here again if ever in the area!

I had an employee stay there this past week and left an iPad in his room. Alexis assisted in getting the device back to me through a shipping service and was here in time for my employee to catch their next flight to Finland!! Thank you so much Alexis!!

The staff are quite friendly and the rooms are nice but if you are traveling for work, there is only one Internet speed, which is slow (<15 Mobs down and up). It took over 5 minutes to download DoorDash and I don’t know how I’m going to work from here with VPN and Zoom calls. When I’ve been here before I was on site all day so never really noticed but knowing this I won’t choose to stay here again.

Almost gave this 3 stars because of the lack of water pressure and hot water. But a stay at a different hotel made me remember all the other good things about Fairfield and Marriott brands. I do recommend this place if you are near Eau Claire.
