My family and I stayed at your property on Monday, August 26th, 2024, for 1 night. Nice property, lobby clean. Lots of parking. Good location. Tiny pool that is over chlorinated, I did a swab. Couldn't stay in the pool or pool area. The room was a good size. There is no restocking of toilet paper or tissue paper. Both rolls of toilet paper were at the end, and the tissue paper had 3 pieces left in it. So that tells me that the room probably wasn't cleaned and sanitized properly either. The air conditioning unit blew mild cool air. I didn't say anything as we were there for only 1 night. But this certainly was not a pleasant night. Breakfast was good tasting and a nice variety. The staff that I spoke to was excellent, with the exception of the person working overnight. Overall, all 3 of us felt extremely disappointed in the quality of the stay. It's highly unlikely we would stay again. Assistant Manager, apologies, that's it. He wants us to come back and try their hotel again, but we need to pay. Not paying AGAIN, to have another potentially bad experience again. Fool me once, bad on you, fool me twice bad on me. We'll, never trust that hotel for cleaning guest rooms properly. Poor management.

My wife and I had our honeymoon here! And it was literally the greatest Hotel I've ever stayed in! It was clean and the staff were extremely friendly! They went above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon was special they put flower petals on the bed and even had all the staff sign a card congratulating on us getting married! I highly recommend coming here to this wonderful hotel and we plan on coming back every year!

Stayed here for 2 nights for Grandma's marathon. This place was fantastic. Customer service was top notch. Every employee I encountered had a cheery attitude and was willing to help in any way. Breakfast was free and the best I've ever had at a hotel. Room was clean and quiet. For the race, the shuttles were a couple blocks away so very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is our second stay. How I wish all motel stays were as nice as this one. The staff are all friendly. The rooms and hallways always clean. The fitness center has just the right amount of equipment. ||I find not one single thing to offer as a complaint. If I lived in this city, I might just live here. ||

We recently spent a night at this nicely renovated hotel, where we found the rooms to be clean and the staff very welcoming. One staff member made a special effort to greet us in our own language and kindly provided extra amenities like a sewing kit, which added a nice personal touch to our experience. However, there were a couple of aspects that did not meet our expectations. The bathroom lacked ventilation, which was less than ideal. Also, the breakfast was a letdown with its use of plastic plates and utensils, which felt out of place in such a setting. Furthermore, the breakfast selection itself was quite different from the usual European fare we are accustomed to. Despite these issues, the warm service and clean environment made our stay enjoyable overall. With some improvements, especially in the breakfast service, this hotel could truly excel.

We checked in for a softball tournament near by. The hotel went over and above for our teams. They had breakfast ready two hours early each day to make sure the girls got to eat before their early morning games and provided us with a conference room for hanging out in during the evenings. Our room was very clean as was the entire building. Thank you! Midwest Speed

Very clean and quiet hotel. Complimentary breakfast changed everyday so there was always a variety. The most welcomed I have ever felt at a hotel. We would stay here again.

Front desk staff were so polite and courteous. The hotel was very clean and very nice. We felt this hotel was extremely well worth it, and we will be back next time we are in town.
